VERY, VERY CLEAN BATHROOM AND BED. Those are the things that matter most to me. I also really liked the wood floor as opposed to carpeting; much cleaner. The TV was enormous; so kinda fun to have such a large TV! Windows on 2nd floor let in fresh air.

It didn't matter to me; because I wouldn't have used it, but the jacuzzi was out of order. The panel that hid the electronics of the jacuzzi had fallen off the tub. A strip of wood around the jacuzzi area was loose and was sliding around that jacuzzi area. The screen on the window facing the outdoor stairway was falling off, and it would have fallen off completely. I tried to put screen back into the grooves, but couldn't do it, so put the screen inside the room. These issues all seem very minor; something a good handyman could fix right away. Also, a little difficult to reach light switch in back of head board, but it didn't matter to me as I only used the table lamp. Microwave/mini fridge seemed to work fine.

I had to pay the full amount upfront without the possibility of having peace of mind.

A good location for a reasonable price—the best I could find in Santa Barbara. We were able to walk back from downtown after visiting a few bars, which took about 45 minutes. Nice walk! A lot of shops nearby, including Whole Foods. Cozy room, cleaned nicely every day.

Picayune but the room we were in definitely did not need a king size bed...unnecessarily cut down on the space of the room, leaving little room for the desk & chair, and even to unpack two suitcases...just use a queen bed instead & it would be great!

Great location! While the room is small, the space is used quite efficiently. The refrigerator was a good size, and there are a lot of restaurants and markets in walking distance, so great if one doesn't want to eat out all the time. Staff were friendly, too!

The towels were not particularly soft, and there weren't many. Sufficient to our needs, but just barely.

It’s really close to fast food restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to get in and out to go places. In the middle of town where there is not much traffic.

The bathroom I had smelt burnt.

I liked the peacefully atmosphere, customer service is always GREAT! THANK YOU!

Loved this spot! The people on reception are lovely, and you get like a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and table with 2 chairs in your room, so good, don’t even need to go out to eat! Everything was clean and tidy. Room was smaller than expected but who cares a microwave in ur room!

It was centrally located to that part of the town. It was surrounded by many restaurants and and shopping.

It wasn't the establishments fault, but the person who was next to me left their television on ALL night. (Only so much ear-plugs can do. Also, when I wanted to check-out the next morning at 8:30, I rang the bell provided, waited, but no one came. I wanted to tell them I misplaced the room key, but just left.

Good location near coffee shops. Clean room with a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, good window covering, plank flooring, and a dinette table.

Room small but cozy. Pillows are lumpy, and towels are thin. Noisy fan in bathroom.

The appeal of the outside of the motel was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no tea for the morning. It's a small thing but important to me because I don't drink coffee.
