The room was spotless. The carpet, bathroom flooring, nightstand and furniture seemed brandnew. The bed was comfortable. No smells in room at all. I am a non smoker and I appreciated that there was no smell of smoke on property. The grounds are kept clean, the pool is nice and ckean and so is hottub. Nice people that work there. The only thing I wish was different about the room is that there were a bar to hang hangers on, instead of a desk table with an office chair they should put a little round table with 2 wooden chairs so a couple people could sit and have a meal, needed one more nightstand and one more towel rack in bathroom however all the furniture that was in the room seemed new , clean and sturdy. TV is huge and very good reception with many channels . Very nice big dresser to put clothes in. I will stay at the place again. For small families they have units with kitchenettes that look nice.

I always like if there is a little something for breakfast nothing much just a muffin or banana , cereal or something simple

Great bang for the buck. It’s an old Tahoe Inn so set your expectations there. But it has a hot tub in the room and real wood burning fireplace!! It was exactly what we were looking for, for a good price. We were going to stay at another place but picked this one bc the location and price was better. It’s on the strip and walkable to everything really. It was perfect. Set your expectations in the right place, you will not be disappointed. It gave a really cute wood cabin vibe.

The only issue I had was that the couch bed was broke so it didn’t come out properly. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor which was probably more comfy anyway. My mom and sister slept on the couch bed and they were ok. Also I’m glad I brought an extension cord bc the bedroom didn’t have any outlets on the wall on the side of bed. The smoke detectors blinking is super annoying but i think that’s just the new standard for some reason.

It's very clean and the staff was attentive. The pool looked well maintained. There were plenty of towels. The parking was nice because you can park right in front of your room. Check in was super easy. The kitchenette had some basic supplies and the fridge and freezer worked great. The bed on the main floor was nice for my parents who have limited mobility and the upstairs worked great for me and my kids. We were together but could also have some space. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. It's an older building but it has been maintained, updated in the bathrooms and the kitchenette and the place is clean.

I wish there were more hooks and flat surfaces. I didn't really have a place for my luggage except on the floor which I didn't like. There are some dressers in each room but TV's were on top of them. My room was probably the worst but of course it was fine and a minimal concern. I wish there were more hooks to hang towels and stuff. There also wasn't a ton of lighting in my room or one of the others.

Nice location, clean comfortable room for the kids and Hot tub sweet my spouse and I stayed in was great with a western rustic main living room styled common area with a huge comfortable couch that could be pulled out as a bed as well as end tables plus solid wooden coffee table and a large table with chairs for dining. The room also had a huge fireplace and rug a couple could lay on while relaxing by the fire. While immediately adjacent was the Jacuzzi tub with steps and placed in the corner with mirrors to create a more open and bright feel. The tub seemed a bit out dated or maybe the controls were lacking options. Regardless the Jacuzzi was fully functional and operated as advertised and didn't disappoint at all and was easy to safely enter and exit. Located in a secluded corner across from the Jacuzzi was a nice fridge with microwave and coffee maker and complementary coffee and hot chocolate while I don't know if the brew came advertised, it was a pleasant welcoming touch. Halfway down a hall was a separate bathroom with full clean linens plus walk in shower, with the hallway leading to the bedroom with a king bed nightstands tall dresser and closet. Both common and bedrooms had independent climate control as well as flat screen HD TV's but we were more focused on enjoying our Anniversary than watching tv so I wouldn't know if they were smart TV's or what cable programming or local broadcast are available. The walls seemed solid and the suite keeps an overall confident feeling of privacy, or I'm positive the only other suite that is attached to ours would have either complained or maybe some still know how to respectfully mind their own business. The property has a nice pool with a security Gate and a large semi enclosed shaded hot tub to protect from direct sunlight.

No dislikes, just the controls on the Jacuzzi for that suite might need to be serviced by maintenance. Fortunately the Jacuzzi was placed on its highest settings so while we were happy with its function others guests might not have similar preferences. I'm thinking I did see that the property has a few Jacuzzi suites or rooms with a Jacuzzi. The bathrooms in the additional single rooms I booked had tubs with jets similar to a hot tub for a single person bathing.

I was worried that the place will be noisy, being on the main road, but the windows were very high-quality and I had a great night sleep, which is not easy for me. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the bath tub. The window unit is quite loud but has a timer, so I was able to turn on the fan for just a couple of hours before going back to sleep.

The only window is facing the parking lot and it is the only source of natural light, but there is no privacy curtain, just the blackout curtain. Blackout curtain is great for the night, but during the day I had to close it for privacy and use electric light, which is not very nice. Also, would be great to have a cattle in the room but the microwave served the purpose.

We love staying here! The rooms are always clean, comfy and nice and cool or very warm depending on the season. The front staff are very friendly and always provide excellent customer service, also for rooms with a fire place they provide wood which is awesome! The pool and Jacuzzi are clean and the picnic area was great for bbqing! We always enjoy our stay and can't wait to book again soon!

The only downfall of our room was the unit we stayed in didn't have a step to get up to the patio from the car so it was a jump down and a climb up but we're younger so it wasn't horrible so recommend putting one there though for easier access for guests and the fire place pushed the smoke in the room instead of it going up, might need the chimney to be cleaned. Which then caused the fire alarm to go off at 2 AM.

the location of the room and the hotel was good. location was close to everything i needed, room was set back in corner and was good. plus there was a chair outside my room in case i wanted to sit out.

the hair dryer quit working halfway threw doing my hair. and my hair is super short so it lasted a minute and a half before it died. i did leave a note.

I love coming here! This is our second time. The rooms are clean and the location is literally 3 minutes from heavenly village & great breakfast places! The outdoor Jacuzzi was great with the BBQ area fenced in. The outside of the hotel may not look as nice as they are on the inside but the cabin feel to the room is amazing! The only note I would add is the vending machine doesn't have water only soda which was the one thing we forgot! But either way only 3 minutes from stores! The location is perfect. Rooms are clean and heaters in each room with a fireplace the bed was very comfortable and when asking for extra towels house keeping was kind and attentive, checking in and checking out was a breeze! Highly recommend this hotel always have a blast and love the rooms with the spa tub!

The bed was huge, i could lay both horizontal and vertical and still had space around me. The heating system was great, i would have loved to use the fireplace too The location was super central to cafes, and the lake Parking right out the front. I would have stayed extra nights if i could have.

There was no kettle to boil water, and no mug, just glassware. The pool had been emptied, presumably for the start of autumn.

Friendly, easy check-in. Very simple and quick. We got a room with a whirlpool tub. It was really clean. No smells no funk. Comfortable bed. Daily service of the room. You could walk on the floor barefoot and not come back with black foot. Clean towels. The location was very convenient for restaurants and access to the highways to get where we wanted to go. A very pleasant experience.

It's always nice to have a coffee machine in the room. What's the fireplace, logs were provided but I could not get them lit even with kindling from the woods.
