No breakfast here, but sizeable suite, which was nice to have. Quiet and clean, though not fancy. Very well equipped kitchen and two tv sets. Convenient to the Lake, to Skiing, etc. We went snowshoeing.

The heater broke our second day there, but we didn't realize until the evening, so it was very cold our last night as the temperature kept dropping. Otherwise, I would have given a bit higher rating, but just to be clear: we didn't ask for any repairs as we were leaving the next morning and didn't quite realize how cold it would get. Staff is not there in the evenings, so it would have been a bit of a pain, I think, though there are phone numbers left for guests.

Nice place, close to everything. Quiet and peaceful. Loved my room with sitting area and breakfast nook. Kitchenette was fully stocked to prepare anything in the room. Very nice.

No dislikes, no complaints! Perfect stay.

A bit outdated

Nicely decorated lobby, with great staff. The room was clean, cozy, and as expected. It was perfect for us, our son stayed in the sofa couch and we took the private bedroom. I would definitely book here next time I come back to visit.

Well maintained. Good pool, laundry facilities, BBQ facilities. There was a problem with our room not having a stove but the staff helped us change to one with a stove

One of the front desk staff wanted to charge $1 to refill coffee pouch for the room. I'm glad they didn't eventually charge me for it. But I believe it was Steve other staff that didn't. Please train staff better.

Need daily room service especially paying 300 bucks a night.

The office staff was very helpful and friendly.

The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. The property was quiet and safe. We used the provided grill and hung out at the pool. It was a great time.

This is the third time we have stayed at your establishment. We love the cozy environment, it is so homey.
