Very warm and welcoming receptionists, nice outdoor area to work on a laptop or sit around fire, tea/coffee available all day, pet-friendly, cute Friday movie night with popcorn, close to everything. The lake is few minutes away on foot. Good restaurant nearby and a hidden gem taco place just across the street, one street over. Very pleasant impression overall.

Soft mattresses in most rooms. We were lucky to find one that worked, thanks for a very helpful wonderful receptionist (I wish I asked for her name!) who took her time to go check all available options with me. So beware, people with back problems!

The rooms at the hotel are very cozy, making for a comfortable and inviting stay. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub is a welcome treat, offering a relaxing way to unwind. The location is also fantastic, with the hotel being within walking distance of the gondola, making it super convenient for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Since January 2025, the hotel has been serving breakfast. However, the selection is quite limited, offering only instant oats, overly sweet yogurt, and pre-packaged pastries. While it covers the basics, the lack of variety and freshness may leave some guests wanting more. For those seeking a more satisfying or diverse breakfast experience, this offering may fall short.

Lovely property with beautiful surroundings and an attractive pool area. Added bonus having the Toulouse restaurant attached to the property. They have a great Happy Hour with wonderful food and drinks, we spent quite a bit of our time here! Great staff and Adrienne is a gem. As is Stacy at the front desk It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants, all within walking distance We liked it so much we stayed an extra night

The only negative, can be quite noisy early in the mornings as parking is very close to your door and with the perfect weather, we had our window open! Small price to pay though

I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and details of the room and the whole inn itself. Super cozy vibes and I also loved the scents of their shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion! They also provided a complimentary drink upon check in. I enjoyed their lobby area which had shelves of books and games and a TV area. They provided a self-serving tea and coffee and snacks bar also. Staff were helpful and kind.

The TV didn’t work at all, but not the biggest deal for me since I wasn’t there to watch TV. The room could feel a lil stuffy since there’s no windows that you can open, but as long as you have the AC on it feels great in the room!

Staff are super welcoming and the little touches in reception are great! Good location, and area is nicely taken care of, and cosy.

The space felt a little tight and dark in the rooms, once you’re in and have your cases opened. But the rooms are nicely done and have their own style. The pool area shut during our stay for the winter. Looked awesome! The last day to use the facilities was on our day of arrival, but we weren’t told this at check-in. Only found out after it closed.

So I’ve finally found a hotel I’m gonna stay every time I visit Lake Tahoe ! I need to specially call out the great attention we got by the staff on Christmas Eve. We were spoiled with marshmallows in the bonfire! She even gave us towels to use to avoid getting wet by the snow and really we felt at home! Please do not hesitate to stay here ! Plus the hotel is really more than we can ask for !

Everything was perfect except the last day of our staying.

Please take into consideration that in September, 21 the staff who cleaned the rooms talked out loud and shouted to one another from different parts of a hotel at 8.10am. To our POLITE request stop shouting near our room because we were sleeping Ernest said I’m working, it’s already morning. So Ernest decides when we must wake up. He acted impolitely and didn’t respect no one guest nearby. It’s unpleasant. We liked EVERYTHING about this place except this situation. I hope next time when we come back it won’t happen again. Thank you!

Perfect location walking distance to the Lakeside beach, welcoming atmosphere

No housekeeping offered. Also there is a concerning notice posted at the entrance informing the guests (see pics) of carcinogenic materials used in the building: this info should be offered at the time of booking not at check in when it’s too late to change mind.

I loved the retro cabin vibe. The room had lots of space in the sink area to store my toiletries, a powerful shower with lots of hooks to hang items, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor area is wonderful. Games, fire pits, with optional marshmallow if you wish at night, nice pool and hot tub with inflatable pool rings to while away the afternoon splashing around. There was happy hour every day we were there, and we had fun chatting with other guests while we sipped our wine. I loved having access to tea all day long. The location was great. It was walking distance to lots of restaurants.

The nearby beach requires passes to get in. The hotel has discounted passes, but they are $15 per person which is steep. The small breakfast offerings were fine, oatmeal and pastries along with coffee and tea. When they run out, they don't refill them even when asked by guests. It would be nice to provide a few more for people when they ask at breakfast time.

The location is great, very close to all the bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly but not very knowledgeable and could not answer my questions on Lake Tahoe. The room was decent, bed very comfortable. We also enjoyed using the hot tub and appreciated the free coffee and granola bars and complimentary drink.

Regarding the room, it was difficult to see in the room as the lighting is not very well set up.
