Great hotel, comfortable beds, free onsite parking, good location for our trip, fab staff (the lovely lady on reception upgraded us to a suite with a balcony overlooking the pool just because she could which was an amazing surprise and really made my day after what she didn’t know had been a nightmare hol, I can’t thank her enough), the pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax and unwind, very quiet hotel (they had some renovations going on so don’t think there were alot of guests there at the time but even the renovations themselves never interrupted our stay), onsite restaurant with a small but adequate menu (food was delicious and the staff attentive)

The office manager/clerk who checked me in, at 9:30 p.m., Fridamy, 4/11, meeting my request for a room away from the noise of U.S. 19, professional, caring and in every way top shelf in her approach to that request, made me feel at home. My room was: classic/historic in its appearance, upscale in its surfaces/amenities, squeaky clean; its fit and finishes were just as good as any other hotel I have frequented, several hundred different such places, over the past 55 years of my career.

The breakfast could have been a little more "complete" - with at least a couple more choices of fresh fruit; there was no peanut butter. One of my two days there was no meat, only carbs (waffles, eggs, baking powder biscuits and gravy). Understanding that such items cost money/add to the hotel's overhead, having booked my room, in part because a complimentary hot breakfast was referenced in Booking.Com's advertisement, that would be my only slight disappointment

I like all the stay ...my kids love the pool and like the hotel everything have nice

The only thing I don't like was wen I ask one of the housekeeper to changes my trash because was full and she look at me like I was crazy she look like she was mad already...Me personally work in a front desk in a hotel In ocala FL and my husband is a housekeeper and we know how hard is this work... bout please give your guest smile and a good morning and good services that the only thing a can tell you ....bout other then that everything was nice and good I love my vacation

The location, the breakfast was delicious, with protein, fruits, yogurt, cereal, milk, bread, oatmilk, orange juice, etc

The carpet in our room was durty, my child was walking barefoot and when he was ready to sleep his feet were totally durty. The synk did not drain the water until like 30 minutes, the internet wifi didn't work at our room because was a little bit far from the lobby, I called several times to the reception to ask about the internet and nobody answered the phone so I had to walked towards them to ask about it.

liked that we had a suite, refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, couch, 1 television in bedroom, 1 in living room, comfortable bed, balcony with chairs to sit &to look out at pools , & hot tub. We liked the free breakfast, hot coffee when we wanted it.

The hotel is old & needs some updating, but that is actually what we liked about it. The bathtub needs some repair.

The beds were very comfortable. Very. And I really liked Brooke who checked me in. She was nice. The room was very tidy and smelled nice.

Dirty premises and people hanging about everywhere leaning and gawking at you while smoking cigarettes. Cigarette butts tossed on the grass here and there next to the sidewalks when plenty of ashbins were available. The exterior walls were filthy upstairs and it just look like dirty living in some areas. In other areas it looked nice.

I really liked the location, how clean and quiet it was. Without a doubt a very good place to relax. The cleaning people, reception and casino are very friendly. They certainly have excellent staff. Highly recommended and good price. Of course I will return.

The only thing I would change is the end time of breakfast, I would leave it until a little later. For those of us who are on vacation, we like to sleep a little more and not rush to breakfast.

The bathtub/shower could be updated better but no real issues. They said the room access card would stop working if it was near a cell phone and this happened to us twice. The staff quickly/kindly gave us new room access cards.

I love everything about the property

I’ve didn’t like that you guys didn’t change the reservation that I made and made me wait half an hour for to get it fixed and I had a call multiple times to your representatives and they would always hang up on me until I talk to a manager, and they saw that it was on your party and that made the mistake and didn’t change the date

No internet service. Staff is unfriendly during check-in. I called the front desk staff several times about internet/ connect issues but no answers at first. After multiple attempts, staff picked up and said that she would check on that issue, but no one showed up or called me back.
