It was very quiet. We were there for the Man of War Crucible, and the staff assisted us with allowing us to meet in the lobby for final preparation. Jodi is exceptional, and I saw a great example of professionalism and customer service.

Convenient to Milton.

Room was a little run down. For the most part it was clean. There was some hair behind the toilet and I’m guessing that when they mopped it just got pushed back there. Also, couldn’t get the TV to work well but just turned it off. Breakfast was good!

Was on Road Trip so location was important to us. Accommodation was as expected for your corporate offering and the Breakfast was very good so a good customer experience at a good rate per night.

Overall a good customer experience so no complaints.

Property was nice. People were nice. The desk clerk helped remedy our situation.

Bathroom had many hairs on bathroom floor The floor did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The front desk clerk came and mopped it. Cleaned s best as he could as no maid was on the property at the time.

The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and breakfast very good. I definitely recommend it.

No Bar No Restaurant

very clean and the front desk clerk, Dallaes, I probably spelled it wrong, was great! The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Around 3 am there was a lot of loud talking and slamming doors coming from the lobby area. it did not stop until almost 5 am. it seemed to be the staff making this noise and whoever it was it was very upsetting to us. If it wasn’t the staff then who ever was the staff should have stop it! 😡

Jodi, Devin and Wonder Wanda were awesome and soooo helpful. Took care of family coming in for funeral and made us feel comforted.

The weather

It fit our needs with a comfortable room.

Would have preferred plain scrambled eggs as the pain protein for my breakfast instead of a vegetable omelette. The rest of the breakfast was good, but the pancakes tasted like eating foam.

no washer or dryer working. young kids running ariund and screaming all night. it woke me up 2-3 times. parking could be better and the hotel is dark for visually impaired people.
