proximity to I10 and restaurants

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast included 6a-9a daily. The building is pretty old but they do a nice job keeping up with it. The halls had portable AC units in them to assist keeping it cool. The AC in our room worked great! Each room on the second floor has a slider door to the balcony. Rooms on the first floor also have sliders to the parking lot.

The shower and tub drains visually appeared clear but we're slow to drain the water when used. I stayed 3 nights and got out of the shower each time with several inches of standing water in the tub. Since I was only in the room to sleep and shower during my trip, the facilities were sufficient. There is NO elevators!! Will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if you book a balcony room.

don't what these people are talking about with these bad reviews I went for memorial weekend and I had a amazing time the hotel was super clean smelled good the staff was wonderful and my room clean had a beautiful view breakfast was good AF only issue was no elevator but that was ok it's only 2 floors I didn't want to leave lol 🤣 I definitely will be going back to this hotel this is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I ever been to!!!

No elevator

The room was very large. Very comfortable for 4 adults. I liked having a sliding glass door to step outside to smoke.

My sliding door was very hard to open and close. It had obviously been broken before, the rail and the glass. It had blue masking tape going around the perimeter. You could still feel the old broken glass in the frame under the tape. I actually cut my palm on it a couple of times trying to close it from the outside. It was not enough to report, more like a paper cut. And the latch didn't work. There was a make shift round latch above it.

Had a little ground floor balcony to sit outside,had handicap room and was perfect. Properity is older so not fancy. But updated and clean, very comfortable had sliding door to ground balcony nice quiet , serene even had birds chirping lol . Very close to dollar general if you need something, u could walk there if needed. Dairy Queen across street treat for kids. So worth checking into.

The sliding glass door had a catch in it was hard to close. Everything else was fine, very nice people, very helpful.

Fantastic hot breakfast providing plenty of options. Great tasting coffee! Super comfortable bed and pillows. The room was clean and had plenty of room to move around, All the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location right off of I-10.

The hallways need to be vacuumed more often. I think it'll bring up the overall impression of the property.

Staff was super responsive to requests and always very polite! Breakfast offered a great variety. Pool was nice too!

Door to balcony had a broken lock. Door to hotel room had a huge gap between door frame and door where you could see in from the hallway.

The Breakfast Was Very Good! Everything Clean And Plentiful! Employees Efficient! Check -In Fine. No Problems. Hall Way Clear, No Obstacles. Room Nice And Big. Bed Clean And Fairly Comfortable. Plenty Of Nice, Large Towels, Hand Towels And Washcloths And Essentials.

Bathroom Needs Better Ventilation. Floors Very Damp After Shower! Slippery! Commode Handle Sometimes Stuck. Floor Felt Damp Upon Check-In. Room Smelled Damp And Musky Upon Entering.

The location for us was centrally located and was easy getting in and out of. We always shoot for the pool and breakfast. They had both. The common areas were very clean. The employees were exceptionally awesome! They are the ones that made our stay great!

The only thing that was really bad is the building itself. The property needs a lot of updating.

This Quality Inn was right off the interstate in a pretty location overlooking Escambia Bay, Downtown Pensacola is very nice with classy shops and places to eat. Pensacola Beach was all white sand and blue water.

While the motel needs cosmetic improvement in some areas, we paid for 2 nights what one night would cost anywhere else. The pool was closed and breakfast ran out of some things,
