The front desk staff were all very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Breakfast was usual American standard. The kitchen staff are very vigilant that users do not touch anything with hands inappropriately telling users to use the utensils. It is a 20 minutes walk from the park and waterfront. The shower in the bathroom is wonderful, excellent pressure.

The windows don't open, so unless you are a fan of AC, there is not a lot of ventilation without the AC. The room is small, not enough floor space to do yoga easily, but since we were only one day here, it's ok, we overlook that. The breakfast is ok, and staff are a bit cranky.

Staff, convenient location , secure parking

There are problems with parking. Part of the parking lot was blocked off. Needed spaces were blocked off for construction crews. The reason I stay at this hotel is the secure parking . Adrian at the front desk informed me that work should be finished soon. He mentioned the delays because of city of Miami building dept. I am WELL aware of the problems they can cause, and its not your fault. Lets hope things can get finished soon. I am planning another trip to Miami in 2 weeks and plan to stay with you.

This is a good hotel: quiet, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The buffet-style breakfast wasn't spectacular, but had plenty of choice and some hot food. Although some distance from many of Miami's key attractions, it is within walking distance of an attractive shopping area.

The hotel needs to work MUCH harder at improving sustainability. At breakfast, all plates, bowls and cutlery are disposable. Some of this was recyclable, but that was rendred pointless because there's no separate bin/trash can for recyclables. Plus plastic cutlery in single-use plastic wrappers. This is really poor - it just isn't good enough in 2024.

Breakfast was included in the fee, and it is wide with lot of choices (continental breakfast, american breakfast, waffle, fruit, coffee, tea, and so on). The hotel is quite far from Downtown and Miami Iternational Airport, but thanks to the Trolley trasnsport and Metrorail, you can reach every places in Miami for free or a little price, so you won't stuck into a small neighborhood, though you can walk and see something around. Also, it is nice wondering around the streets close to the hotel, because Cocomut Grove is a typical neighborhood in Miami, which is worthy to visit. For people liking history and nature, the hotel is very close to the Villa Vizcaya.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was filling and delicious with a nice selection of items to eat and drink. The property is conveniently located close to downtown and Coconut Grove and a relatively short drive from the airport.

Unfortunately there were issues with the elevators off and on causing a couple of trips up and down 5 flights of stairs. The steep garage parking fee of $22 per night we found to be a bit excessive.

It's a bit off the path from downtown Coconut Grove but manageable.

Customer friendly a really nice welcome from the reception staff and helpful throughput The hotel is well maintained rooms are well kept and spotlessly clean small but pleasant pool area . The breakfast was good and never too busy again the staff managed this very well coffee was available at all times through the day another nice touch Good location for Coconut Grove we would certainly recommend

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of quality options from a fresh fruit salad, waffles, oatmeal, a hot selection of eggs, home fries and bacon or sausage, and more. Staff obviously took pride in the experience they were working together to provide. A nice vibe.

Having to pay for parking rubs me the wrong way. That said, I really like the idea of skipping the car altogether and using public transportation, rideshare and human powered transportation. Driving in Miami is also stressful so no car next time. It would be really fantastic if the hotel had a few bikes, scooters or boards or for guests to rent or borrow. Water filling stations would be a greatly appreciated improvement at the hotel and Miami Int'l Airport.

Staff was amazing! Got off our cruise and arrived well before check in. No hassle, they got us a room immediately. Next day, let us and all our luggage relax in their breakfast/cafe area until our ride arrived. The rooms were very clean with great amenities. Very comfortable. Breakfast was good, large, clean breakfast/cafe area with power outlets for charging. ATM. drink and snack machines. Walking distance to many food and shopping options.
