The shuttle times were not good especially the ones bringing us back from the parks : 6:30 is too early and 9:30 is too late. There should be a shuttle time in the middle. Also, in the morning there should be a shuttle time between 7:45 and 9:45

Easy access to parks, while still being close by to cool restaurants, the whole area seems like it’s getting more developed, which only means more cool stuff to come!

Parking at the hotel was PACKED! Maybe because we overlapped during a long weekend, so the hotel was at max occupancy, but we came back around 11:00pm one night and ended up having to park in the overflow lot next door.

terrible! There was nothing but a muffin and coffee! we had to go out to get breakfast .

This is my preferred hotel when I travel to Orlando, since you arrive the ambience, the scent, vibes, everything is top compared to other budget friendly options near by. O Town area is booming with a lot of nearby restaurants at walking distance. They help us with the early check-in and everything during the stay was great. Definitely will come back.

shuttle to Disney World although both days the shuttle was late going to Disney and late coming back to hotel

had to pay $24/night for parking in uncovered outside parking lot spot no free coffee or breakfast in lobby. coffee provided in room was awful

I like the modern interior of the bedroom… soft bed…. Clean… shampoo, conditioner, body wash… disposable shower cap was available. Lighting was nice. Tea available. Affordable room rate.

Afternoon check in front desk was not personable. Toilet paper holder broke. Daily parking fees. No free bottled water. No complimentary breakfast.

It was good. But is necessary to clean the table and trash frequently. It was very dirty.

That dont have more shuttles to use for the malls and parks.

The breakfast was a convenient option.

If the parking was included, or cheaper. I did not know of the additional charge. A iron in room would bd a plus. Although, one was provided, when asked for one.
