This hotel was good for a quick weekend trip to Orlando to visit family. My son is very big on working out, so he was thrilled that there was a gym and he wouldn't miss a workout. The beds, comforters, and pillows were all very comfortable and clean. There were PLENTY towels in the room as well.

The rooftop is nice to hang out and get in the pool, but service at the bar is terrible. I was told by a waiter to move to the bar area because he needed the hightop where i was sitting and would be right with me. I moved without complaining because I didn't really mind, but the only area I could sit at was covered in the previous guest's leftovers and dishes. I asked several staff to please clean it so I can sit, but everyone just brushed me off. I couldn't even place me and my son's food order, so we ended up leaving the hotel and going to TGIFridays for dinner. That rooftop has the absolute worst service

The hotel was modern and comfortable. We ate a meal on the evening of 12th in the attractive rooftop bar. Food prices were reasonable.

Time at check in was long, however, staff member was very helpful and pleasant.

We stayed for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. Parking was included.

a major downside is that the windows cannot be opened, so there’s no way to get fresh air into the room. There is a mobile air conditioner, but it’s quite noisy, even on the lowest setting. The windows are very thin, so you can hear a lot of noise from the street, and the walls are also quite thin – at night, we could clearly hear people coming and going in the neighboring rooms.

I loved how close it was to universal and everything else. Even when you walk in the hotel you feel welcomed and for a good price you can feel like you’re living luxury.

What I didn’t like was how much parking space we don’t have, the rooftop area becomes a place for other people that doesn’t stay at the hotel so they tend to take up the parking spaces and the people who stayed there had to drive across the road to park. Also the pool closes really early in my opinion, me and my friend wanted to be able to swim out in the pool at night but they start closing it for the hookah lounge and little restaurant.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean. The location offers great access to Universal Studios, and unlike many other hotels in Orlando, the rooms were very quiet and well soundproofed.

The room had a bit of a musty smell, and it wasn’t possible to open the windows. The staff seemed mostly uninterested and somewhat irritated. During our four-day stay, breakfast was canceled each day, which was disappointing. The water had a strong chlorine taste, and the pool hours were far too limited—it closed at 6 p.m. each day, which doesn’t allow much time to use it after a day at Universal Studios.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had a balcony room and it was very bright and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and huge! Everything was very clean, and room service was amazing. They did mention when we arrived that it was every 3 days, but the girls came around about 5 times during our 10 day stay. We had a lot of rubbish from shopping and even had a broken suitcase to get rid of, and the staff were more than helpful to dispose of it all. All the staff on the front desk were more than helpful, always polite and happy.. us being british , we were always asking for more tea capsules for the drinks machine in our room 😆 aways gave us plenty. We had a hire car, and we were getting back very late to the hotel most nights. It was never a problem and on the odd occasion the carpark was full, the desk staff were always happy to help and parking was not an issue. We ate in both of the lovely restaurants at the Cambria, and both were superb 👌 I highly recommend the food. I was very particular about finding a good clean hotel and somewhere with free parking.. this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. I couldn't of asked for a better stay.. I would definitely stay here again.. A big thank you to everyone at the Cambria for making my first visit to the States a comfortable one 😁

I loved everything about this hotel! Each and every bad review please disregard it. This hotel was exceptional especially for the price! I definitely would recommend this hotel. The only con would be if you have smaller children they do have a rooftop bar (adult only) at night that plays music that some might find disturbing as well in the lobby area they do offer reservations for outside parties/dining so some may find this difficult to sleep with but honestly if your on the 2-4 floor it may not be as bad as if your on the 6th floor. It didn’t bother my family because we got in a little later so everyone was wore out and it only seemed to go on up until about 12am-1am. The parking in front of the hotel was completely full the 2nd night but they offer 2 different parking options less than 50 feet from the hotel free of charge! I loved this hotel!

I was shocked at the fact that I was able to get this hotel at an amazing deal - only $90 for the night. I did book it like 3 months in advance though because now the going price is almost double. Easy to find. Parking seems limited but it's free. The decor is amazing and looks very Upscale. I loved how it looked inside. No breakfast included but there was a buffet for $15 I think. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the shower floor needs to be redone. It looked stained. Otherwise the room was really nice. $100 hold that I received back without issue. I'd recommend it. I went March 2024

No issue

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Universal and neighbor of a very complete Walgreens. The parking lot was right in front of the lobby so it makes things easier in rainy days. The bed is very comfortable, the fridge, coffee machine and the locker worked properly.

They only make room service every three days and I wasn’t aware of that. Also, there were details in the sink and in the bath a little bit dirty when we got in and remained dirty even after room service. We had the same problem with dusty on the floor, we told the front desk but nothing happened so I believe there’s room for improvement in cleaning.

The location was great for us as we used it as a launchpad to Disney and Universal Parks. The hotel was older, but totally clean throughout and no real signs of wear. The staff were happy and helpful. My wife and I found the bed to be very comfortable.

Some may not like the smell of Indian food from the open-plan restaurant on the ground floor - my wife and I love Indian food, so that wasn't a problem for us at all and wasn't really strong either.
