The value for the stay was awesome. We were staying there with a friend and her daughter to tour the UCF campus. Loved how close everything was. It was super convenient & they were able to give us two rooms right next to each other.

There wasn't anything I personally didn't like, but you can definitely see the charming age of the property.

During my recent stay I found the experience pleasantly surprising and comfortably above my expectations for a budget-friendly hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and quick.

One minor drawback was the noise level from nearby rooms, which was occasionally noticeable, although it did not significantly impact my stay.

The noise from the motorcycles hanging out all night at the gas station next door blasting music, doing burnouts and revving engines.

The staff are friendly and on point when I asked any of them for anything they got it straight away

I didn't like the fact that I didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool but that had nothing to do with the hotel

I liked the quickness in checking out. And being able to check in really late

I put $100 down for incidentals and it's now over a week later and I still haven't received my refund of that yet

It was unclear why the light switch near the door does not control the lights in the room. I was not familiar with the rooms being lit only by the lamps next to the bed.

Budget-friendly, offering great value without compromising on the quality of service. It also had delicious breakfast and spacious room.
