Very good location, close to downtown and spacious. Felt very safe and it was updated.The breakfast was really good and lots of different options and delicious. Even around ten o'clock, when it was supposed to be closed, there were still plenty of options.They did a really good job of restocking and refilling the food.

It was kind of inconvenient where the elevators were located. And having to swipe the key card when you have your hands full and the elevator was a challenge, but I understand the key card made it more secure and safe. It's a bummer that so many hotels have it to where you have to pay for parking. But their parking fee was only eighteen dollars, which was a lot less than other surrounding hotels.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was fantastic. From the start, Front Dest Associate, Pedro went about and beyond to help us with a missing reservation. We also arrived too early to check in, so he let us hang out at the pool, which was great. All the staff we encountered while we were there were super friendly and helpful. I don't know the woman who was working breakfast, but she was fantastic too. I was embarrassed at how some of the guests seemed to create messes just for her to clean up tho. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Everything was great

I totally recommend staying in this hotel. The room was very specious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. What stood out was the staff - always very helpful and consistently checking if I was satisfied with my stay. The parking lot was big and convinient. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

Additional charge for the parking (I was informed in advance) - in a city like Orlando where everybody travels by car I feel like the parking should be included. I don't recommend scrumbbled eggs but apart from that the complimentary breakfast was good (typical American breakfast).

This Hampton Inn was undergoing refurbishment, but everything I saw was clean and neat and welcoming. The desk clerks were friendly and the free breakfast attendant was polite and friendly. The room was excellent and modern. They had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels. The halls were quiet and peaceful. Security was very thorough, requiring room key at all entrances, the parking lot and even to have the elevator move from floor to floor.

I honestly cannot think of anything that needed improvement.

Only stayed for one night but the hotel is lovely. We were going to the Orlando Magic game at the Kia centre which is walkable. Breakfast was good and the room was large and very well equipped. Ample parking but chargeable. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it

There is no bar at the hotel but you can use the bar at the sister hotel next door , we were not told this on arrival so didn't get to use it, this however did not spoil our stay!

The breakfast was fantastic, so many choices! A large variety of hot and cold foods to choose from, ranging from eggs, sausage, waffles, already prepared oatmeal, potatoes, cereals, different choices of muffins, bagels, several different types of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, and so much more. The coffee was really good, and they also offered different teas, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice as well as other juices. It was really nice!! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to the hospital, Orlando Health. We could see it from the hotel. The hotel is also next to downtown Orlando, Dr Phillips, and the Kia Center. Great location!!

We absolutely loved everything, down to the convenience of parking. If there is one complaint it’s very minor. I just wish the pool would have been heated. Went to go for a swim and the water was too cold, but that wasn’t an issue.

Everything! I haven’t seen a hotel like this in ages, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a substantial free breakfast, good parking, good security measures, quiet, good neighborhood,right across a major hospital, very close to downtown with so many good restaurants and Cafes, close to a large Target, and other Stores

Liked everything

We have tried 3 hotels near Orlando Regional Health Center and liked Hampton the best by far. The hotel has a really good design and interior finish. The lobby is very attractive and welcoming. Hampton is the most convenient of the 3 to ORHC.. Just walk across the street. The parking is easy and didn't have an additional charge. The stay price was the best of the 3. Got an early check in even though we didn't request it. It is on a quiet street so you don't get the street noise that the other 2 did. The bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was buffet. The French toast was delicious. One of the other hotels didn't have breakfast. The other was prepared so you had to wait.

No complaints.

Our super spacious Double Queen room on the newly renovated 6th floor was just awesome! We arrived well before our check in time and yet Aaron still permitted us to go to our room which made all the difference as far as I'm concerned. The other parts of the Hotel were equally as nice. Associates at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very friendly, helpful and courteous. I asked for 3 extra blankets and they were delivered to my room which I appreciated. The "included" breakfast was good and plentiful. I really thought the downtown Orlando location was great and convenient. My family and I loved that the Hotel was close to Lake Eola Park. This Hotel is worth the money that you spend on a stay because it is fantastic and you get so much. There is no way that you can go wrong with this Hotel. Stop searching and make a reservation at this Hampton Inn. I think that it is stellar.

I don't think that guests should have to pay for parking. Guests should be informed in advance that they will have to pay for parking if they arrive with their own vehicle.

Very well maintained & clean property. Although they are remodeling the 5th & 6th floors the construction noise stopped at 5pm and did not resume until 10am the next morning. They do let you know when you check in. Except for check in we were not there during the day so the noise did not bother us. Security was good and key cards are needed to get in and to take the elevator.

The only negative was that there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser and my wife did not find out until after she was in the shower. I called down to the front desk and was told I would have to come down to the desk to get the shampoo. It was after midnight so I guess there is very little staff (front desk person) at that hour.
