The suites have been recently renovated, so they are fresh. Decor is really nice. Swimming pool open to 10pm which I thought was great if you wanted to swim after the parks. Bus available to bring to parks 3 times in am drop back 3 times pm. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast wasn't always the hottest.

The Rooms are confortable, clean and reasonable sized. The breakfast area is nice light and open, with good seatings. The poolarea works fine, althoug simple and not large, hotel size compared.

The bath is a standing tub, with a very low showerhead, only hitting chest and down. There's no where to hang wet bathing wear or used towels (which only matters if you don't just throw them on the floor for daily replacements). There's only 2 chairs for the table, so if you choose to eat in one night, it's either in teams or 2 People sitting in the couch. There are some noise insides the rooms from the I4 Express exit Road just behind the hotel. Normally not an issue, untill especially at early morning time when People without silencers on their cars seems hellbend on waking all of Orlando up. It's perhaps not really the hotels fault, as they seem to have done alot to reduce it. But still an issue, when in a room on the hotel rearside.

The property was clean and fresh having just undergone a refurbishment. The room was ideal, with a separate living and kitchen area, it was a great size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the ladies on reception heard us singing happy birthday to my son, they gave him a card and a bag of sweets and snacks as a gift which was a lovely touch. The pool area was very clean and well maintained with plenty of shade with cabanas and a great hot tub. We also used the fitness suite and laundry rooms which were easy to use and well maintained. Ideal location for universal parks and just a short trip on the shuttle bus. Would definitely recommend.

There was noise from the road which did take a bit of getting used to at night, but accept that if you are staying anywhere in this area/International drive - you are close to a busy road! It certainly did not spoil the stay.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need in case you forgot something at home. The kitchen area was brilliant, and the fridge was big enough to store anything you buy on your holiday. The breakfast was good and varied slightly every day, which is nice. The location was incredible. Easy to go down International Drive or order a taxi to go to any of the nearby malls. The provided transport was amazing, easy to use and always on time. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

An oven in the room would have been nice, but by no means was issue

Free breakfast was better than expected & a real bonus. The location for us was excellent - only 5 minute drive from Universal Studios. Used the free shuttle bus service which saved on parking charges. The kitchenette in the room was useful & we used it to make a couple of dinners.

The only thing I can think of for improvement would be to add a few bus services but can’t think of anything else.

Breakfast was great but it was a little repetitive.. coffee is delicious ! Nice big clean rooms. Front desk was really nice and helpful. Cleaning crew was nice. Pet friendly. I recommend it.

Pool was not heated. And even though it was a little cold outside for December we were looking forward to using it. When we went it was full of kids jumping and screaming when we were there, Maybe a school trip. The hot tub/ Jacuzzi outside had around 14 kids . So no one in my party of 6 had the chance to enjoy it for a couple of days. But I do like the hotel and staff

Breakfast was great with healthy sugar free options such as chia pots and overnight oats. The room was clean and spacious for the four of us and the beds were comfortable.

The initial room we were given wasn’t what we’d booked meaning our teenage children had to sleep together for the first night. This was frustrating after a long flight and meant we had to repack and move the following morning with no compensation offered. The gym had a Peloton bike but it wasn’t connected to the internet and no-one knew how to connect it, rendering it useless. We were directed to the Hilton across the car park who also had a Peloton in their gym but this too couldn’t be connected to the internet. They’ve clearly invested in good equipment without training their staff which is annoying.

Wonderful hotel, the staff was welcoming and very helpful and took every request of ours seriously! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were brilliant! Comfortable beds! I would go back there again...

Breakfast was very simple, no vegetables at all! Bread was missing several times and there isn't much seating. You have to arrive early in the morning to get a seat! It wouldn't hurt to vary the meals.

I liked the lobby, the spacious rooms, I wish there were more amenities like bathrobes or slippers. They respected our request to stay in a floor free of pets. The mini kitchen was perfect for quick dinners, I appreciated the microwave and the full sized fridge.

The breakfast buffet needs some vegetables, fruits, and cheese selection, I got tired of eggs and oatmeal every day. One elevator was broken for 3 days, and only one was working.

The breakfast was good. They offered a good variety of things to choose from. Staff constantly was cleaning and keeping up with refilling items running low for breakfast. They have room service available everyday. Everything was clean. I would stay again. Also loved being able to take a shuttle to Universal studios with my family to and from the hotel.

The elevator takes a while. And I would have preferred the room didn't have carpet. But it was still well kept.
