Great location, and the hotel has tickets for attractions, I had the SeaWorld tickets but if I knew I could have got them at the hotel I would, because they were offering a better price them SeaWorld website, I would say to call and ask about the tickets they offer, before buying the tickets online, they also offer great prices on other locations. The staff were all nice and always helpful, so ask as many questions as you need, they will help. It was comfortable and the rooms had a lot off space, we were a family of 8 and got 2 rooms next to each other with an access door between them, the rooms were great, spacious and with a well equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge. I would say to fully enjoy it, it's perfect for a longer stay, not just to sleep at the end of the day.

The pool close to early, I love a night swim what wasn't possible. We only had a weekend and we didn't had time to enjoy what the hotel has to offer, we stayed from Friday night to Monday and trying to see Orlando getting back after 9pm we couldn't use the pool or try the bar.

The hotel boasts a prime, central location that puts you close to everything you need. From the moment you arrive, the welcoming and attentive staff make you feel right at home. The entire facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with a small kitchen, providing the convenience of preparing your own meals, which was a significant advantage for us. Additionally, the apartment's spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The breakfast options were quite repetitive, offering the same items each day without much variety. While the food was adequate, the lack of diversity in the menu became monotonous over time, leaving us wishing for more choices to start our mornings with something fresh and different.

2 Room suites are spacious. I enjoyed being in a corner room, as it was not as loud and although there were children there, they were not heard too much in the halls being on the 6th floor. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a full size fridge. Water does get hot, although slowly, at all hours, so that was appreciated. Staff was always nice and approachable. All in a good experience for our 1st trip to Orlando and 1st stay in a residence inn.

Breakfast selection was lacking. Eggs were soft scrambled, 2 types of sausage options and mini waffles on the hot bar. 3 Cereals options, bread and yogurt options with some toppings on cold bar. I just expected more, but the chicken sausage was helpful as I actually do not eat pork, and the turkey sausage was not appetizing. The first floor guest room area carpet outside the rooms was soaked and although for two days there was some kind of dryer out there to dry the carpet, when removed the carpets in the walk way were still soaked. The bathrooms were not very clean, with hair on the walls and handles in the shower. Also hair on the bed frame, was disappointing. Maybe the same rag was used too often to wipe down the rooms.

Wonderful hotel. We were allowed to check in early which was a bonus. The room was like an apartment with kitchen area. Complementary breakfast was good and more than an adequate selection. Swimming pool was good, plenty of sun beds.Complimentary pool towels useful.

Too much plastic used at breakfast which felt wrong but assume a corporate decision. Marriott should take note of the environmental impact.

The property was alright. Not a big deal! As they make it look on the pictures.

They make the pool seem bigger than what it is. Wasn’t too happy with my trip. Pool was crowded, breakfast not so good, hardly no space where to sit, two elevators and one was out of order. They only put one toilet paper in my room and I was there for 3 nights with my family. Try to call customer service, no one answered. Had to go look for a Service on my own.

We loved that the kitchen had a stove top, fridge, dishes, pots n pans and a dishwasher for us to use! And the overall size of the unit was decent. The pullout couch mattress was so thin we could feel the springs and metal support bar. It was very, very uncomfortable, so we we were unable to use it.

We are not a fan of the unnecessary daily parking fee that is clearly there to squeeze more money out of your customers. You have people staying from all over the country and world. Of course we are going to have a car (rental or owned). So to charge us to park daily is outrageous and pure greed.

I loved the layout of the room. Our room also had a small kitchen which was so helpful. The beds were comfortable and there was even a small desk where one could work. (We didn't, but it was a great place to catch up on email, etc.) It's also super close to all the parks, especially Sea World. Awesome location.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the line at the breakfast bar. I'm not sure how this could be handled since it's just a sign of it being popular. Maybe extend the breakfast bar open time by 30 minutes or 1 hour. (It was open from 7:30a - 9:30a when we were there.) On Saturday, there was barely any line so it was great. On Sunday, it was packed. However, the food was great and the workers were very efficient, helpful and friendly.

excellent place to stay, friendly front desk, breakfast very good and variety, the attenders super with customer, room very clean and big, the only issue was the pool attender a skinnier guy with glasses, the pool was closet because rain coming and we did not saw the sign that said was closet , we understand for the safe of customer they need to closet the pool but there were lot of people inside the pool, and the guy very rude start to screaming to us with bad attitude that was not the way to reach to customer that paid to stay there, that guy can't work around people special in the pool area with lot of children, everyone around us, the look us like what is wrong with this guy he suppose to be nice with all customer, very rude and that is the only complain in the hotel, because everybody us was very nice, love the guy in the bar outside

the only complain that we have is a very bad and rude skinny guy that was the pool attender, very rude with customer and very bad attitude, he no suppose to work with customer, screaming to people , he wear some glasses with a black shirt I complain about him to the front desk manager, and we not going or recommend that place to no one.

Breakfast was ok. They didn't have plain bagels.. but it was still good.

So they only have 1 bar and grill.. it's expensive. No room service. No spa. The laundry room is fantastic though and the market is amazing. The staff is wonderful. The other guests though are SO rude. They were letting their kids run up and down the halls and banging into the walls.

The room was spacious with a small kitchen and a regular-sized fridge, which was nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the included breakfast, even though it was the same thing every day.

It would be good to have a frying pan in the kitchen, not just pots, maybe a kettle, if you want to make tea. The breakfast could use more variety, especially when you're staying there for more than 2 nights.
