We had a lovely experience at this hotel from check in to check out, all the staff were very pleasant, the room was very comfortable and had plenty of parking spaces, the heated pool area was lovely and the outdoor seating and fire pit were a great addition. Breakfast was really good which was frequently topped up, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room doors would be better with a soft close on them as many guests just let the doors slam and this happens throughout the day and night - this seems to be a problem with a lot of the hotels we visited (not just this one) and we're sure there is technology available that can help alleviate this problem and make everyone's stay really pleasant.

At first I was disappointed in the location -- originally thinking it was right at the beach -- but glad it wasn't. It was during spring break and Siesta Key village and beach was super crowded. The hotel wasn't too far of a drive to the beach and we also were fairly close to Venice beach and Nakomis. The pool was fantastic and the pond behind the hotel was very relaxing. We saw an egret family -- 2 babies and the awesome parents. Beautiful sunsets from the pool area too. We would brook again for sure.

It was clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room had all the amenities and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. Situated in an area that was easy to get in and out and close to many sites we wanted to see without being crowded in. I loved having the sofa in the suite.

The only slight thing I didn’t like is that the breakfast was always the same the 3 days we were there. However, it all tasted very good, and my mother said the coffee was the best .

Room size was good and staff was friendly. Special shout out to housekeeping cleaning ladies - they work hard and do it with a smile for little money. Breakfast: It’s great that it’s included but can be improved. Eg: especially on weekend 2 days in a row was the same waffle flavor ( banana nut and plain ) ..Hampton Inn I have stayed at make it interesting and 0ffer delicious free different toppings like sprinkles/ whipped cream / various syrup flavors..Also the selection of ‘HOT’ items was poor with NO options for non pork eaters ..How about some chicken option once in a while . We stayed for 6 nights and it was either pork links / sausages or Ham all days with eggs

I enjoyed Sophie who welcomed me at checking in with a smile and professional. LISA also has a smile and was hospitable as I was leaving. She was pleasant My sheets were clean as well as my room.

Breakfast could have been better. The food sausage and eggs were still a little cold. Coffee was a little stale.

Breakfast was awesome with the waffles and sausages! We even saw flamingos in the lake behind the pool in the morning. Super cool! Hit the minimal gym, and all was in working order. Gym towels, water, tv, bike, equipment, etc, all was up to par! It has a nice little store down by the reception area in case you get the late-night munchies. Lemon-infused water available during the day. The property seemed newer than it looked compared to the pics online. There's a Publix, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreen's, amazing liquor store, etc, all within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Plenty of parking, with a well-lit parking lot. It feels like a very safe and peaceful area in general.

If I was going to be particular, it might help to have instructions on how to get the TV in the gym to work. That said, we were able to figure it out. All was great!

The bed I stayed in was not covered and I think that if all the mattress are in the same condition that they need to be replaced. The pillows were not comfortable. This made for a hard not sleep literally. There was hair in my bathtub The water pressure was too low and it never truly got hot the way it should have

We booked 2 rooms, the king room had a cooling system that sounded like an old car running with a bad muffler. They quickly moved our party to another room close by and had the vent/AC repaired by noon the next day. LISA at the front desk was more than pleasant and accommodating.

Not much that we did not like, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very clean and organized, the rooms were very spacious the location was great.

I wish there was a bit more flavor the eggs are very bland I wish there was boiled eggs option. Our room was spacious but the mattress on the pull out was complete flat and uncomfortable even for the kids also the room carpets were moist and rooms smelled moldy.

Great location 15 mins from the beach. Very quiet. Beds were a bit solid but not too bad overall for our 3 night stay. 24 hr coffee is nice. Pool looked clean but we never got in it. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. I was hoping for biscuits and gravy and only got eggs and sausage. Saturday was potatoes, Sunday was peaches, and Monday was grits. There was bread and English muffins but no cream cheese, only jam. But there was a waffle maker. It worked out but was a bit of a let down like I said.
