Super clean room. And a great location right on Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Very close to restaurants and the water. Loved the huge walk in shower. Water pressure was good too, and the bathroom was immaculate. The front desk lady was efficient and up front about the $10 per night parking fee (which I already knew about, it's very clear on their website) but I appreciated her being up front. Breakfast was good: the usual suspects, cereal and toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, and muffins and a mini juice bar. All fresh and again, everything was clean and organized. The beds were absolutely lovely. Very comfy. The hotel was very quiet: maybe because of the rain or perhaps because it's a good solid building, but in any case, we were grateful and got a great sleep. Parking: good: they share the lot with Hampton Inn next door so there's enough for everyone. The only thing I would be aware of is that there are two flights of stairs to get to the second floor. We didn't see a lift. So if you have a ton of baggage or have dodgy knees, take the ground floor option for sure. It's not in the "main" part of St Augustine, just FYI. It's about a four minute drive from the touristy downtown part. I was totally ok with that because the prices (and the parking fees) were much higher on that side. Can't fault it. It was great for a one night stay. Quiet, clean, good parking, nice breakfast.

Nothing to fault.

The price is excellent, considering the hotel's location and facilities. Walking distance of the historic St Augustine. They give the usual breakfast, but I haven't tried it. There are plenty of towels and quality products to use in the bathroom. It has been renovated since my last visit, and I really appreciate the renovations, especially in the bathrooms and mattresses. Removing carpets is a nice touch for these "near to the beach" hotels.

On Saturday evening the parking lot was full and I had to leave the car in a handicap place. Not big deal, but its looks like is a problem because only accept one car by room.

Room size, location, big and clean bathroom, ac worked GREAT!!!

Only 3 towels and wash clothes for 4 people, not enough parking for paid customers (it was a holiday!), being right next to the maids closet/room at like 7:15 AM it sounded like they were crashing through the walls....so because of that there was ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEPING IN on vacation! That's why I give it not such a great score on the value. Plus I was charged more at the hotel than what price was quoted on booking.com when I reserved it.

Nice hotel. Great location. Near restaurants shops, and coffee bars. Walking distance to the old jail, fountain of youth, and the trolly station.

The property doesn’t have enough parking spaces. If there are two families or friends with cars it takes up the limited spaces. The parking seems just right for one car per room. When we arrived around 9pm we couldn’t find a spot and parked in the drive through by check in desk.

Everyone was great.

When I was looking at this place thought it was closer to downtown to everything and it wasn’t. We Uber just about everywhere so we didn’t have to find with parking downtown. Wish the pool stayed open longer than 9-10pm. Out exploring and doing things all day would be nice to come back and relax in the pool some. Our room the toilet was too close to the wall sat on the toilet sideways. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Enough space to slide it over to give more room.

Breakfast was fine. A shout out to the lady In housekeeping!! She was so friendly and helpful!!! We were in room 206

Location was too far from downtown walking back to the hotel from downtown in the dark was not ideal. We are seniors and luckily we are able to walk that far. My friend made the plans and thought we were staying at the Best Western downtown. Because of that - will not be back.

We were traveling with our infant son for a wedding and just staying overnight. The pack and play we requested was set up and ready for us when we arrived in the room. It was clean and in good condition, prepared with sheets. They also allowed us to check in early. Everything was clean and working. The price matched the facilities and services offered. Overall a nice, quick stay.

The rooms do not have good sound proofing. We could hear an upset child in the adjoining room, vehicles outside and the ice machine. Really the only downside to our stay.

It was a nice location and the rooms looked like they had been recently remodeled. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the shelving space close to the bathroom, it made it much easier than cluttering the sink with all of our toiletries!

Parking was a little cramped while we were there but I can imagine that is not typical. There was a SUV with trailer than took up about 4-5 spots resulting in not enough spaces for all guests. The staff was helpful letting us know where it was ok to park for the night.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived ❤️ the breakfast was excellent, thanks to the cook, we Loved the Sana and our suite was very clean and nice ❤️

Not much except for the manager that was on duty when we arrived he wasn’t very accommodating at first, considering the fact that we had to wait 1 hour before getting into our room but he eventually gave us a discount.
