The facility was clean and so was our room. There were bathrooms updates done since our last stay and most tastefully done. The reception staff were very friendly and checked us in and out very quickly. Your breakfast room crew were also very friendly and kept every surface very nicely cleaned.

I only have a couple minor comments in the "didn't like" department. At breakfast we found the assortment of food choices to be quite satisfying but the bacon was floating in grease. This was solved by draining the pork on several napkins but the appearance was a turn-off. I was also unable to lacate any pepper among the numerous condiments. Such a simple fix and therefore probably not even worth my mentioning. The same will not deter us from our next stay.

Breakfast set up was disappointing closer to being a continental breakfast then a nice full on breakfast that I’ve had at many other hotels warm and fresh items were only two choices, eggs, and bacon. Of course you can make pancakes, but there were no other more breakfast options I would consider a type of breakfast potato, a biscuit and gravy, and an additional meat.

The staff were wonderful especially Derick who welcomed us after an horrific storm we travelled/arrived in and the women who was on the desk the next morning. We left something in our room and she arranged for us to come back and pick it up the next day. The room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was better than most places we stayed at.

At breakfast There was a shortage of forks and spoons so it needs to be checked when busy and there wasn’t a sign for the hard boiled eggs so we didn’t see them until the end. But all was more healthy than usual!

The room was great size - the bathroom was great for my disabled husband, the staff was very nice, the breakfast good

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable to the point that my family was only able to sleep for a few hours. The price of the room was too high for what was in the room

We got a room w two queens and sofa- there was plenty of space for 4. It was clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very engaging and helpful

My only suggestion would be to have bedside shelf on both sides of the beds vs just between two beds

A/c in the room was COLD.....which for florida was surprising but I definitely enjoyed it! Great location to Ithink. Nice clean property, great staff.

Breakfast was um before 9am. Out of waffle mix, oatmeal looked day old. I left and found a wawa.

The studio was extremely spacious and the lobby area was very clean and had a fresh scent. The breakfasts was good as well.

The staff was amazing, the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and the layout was very well thought out.

There is not anything negative that I can say about this property

Wonderful! Every part of this hotel was great. Even the outdoor pool was impressive. The rooms were so clean and new. Beds were SO comfy. Location is great, close to so many things yet the area feels very safe and not congested. Will definitely stay here again.
