The staff were wonderful especially Derick who welcomed us after an horrific storm we travelled/arrived in and the women who was on the desk the next morning. We left something in our room and she arranged for us to come back and pick it up the next day. The room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was better than most places we stayed at.

At breakfast There was a shortage of forks and spoons so it needs to be checked when busy and there wasn’t a sign for the hard boiled eggs so we didn’t see them until the end. But all was more healthy than usual!

The room was great size - the bathroom was great for my disabled husband, the staff was very nice, the breakfast good

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable to the point that my family was only able to sleep for a few hours. The price of the room was too high for what was in the room

We got a room w two queens and sofa- there was plenty of space for 4. It was clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very engaging and helpful

My only suggestion would be to have bedside shelf on both sides of the beds vs just between two beds

A/c in the room was COLD.....which for florida was surprising but I definitely enjoyed it! Great location to Ithink. Nice clean property, great staff.

Breakfast was um before 9am. Out of waffle mix, oatmeal looked day old. I left and found a wawa.

The breakfast was ok. I actually never had any interaction with the staff other than the desk people and they were accommodating. The location was good for our needs during this stay

The staff was amazing, the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and the layout was very well thought out.

Wonderful! Every part of this hotel was great. Even the outdoor pool was impressive. The rooms were so clean and new. Beds were SO comfy. Location is great, close to so many things yet the area feels very safe and not congested. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast itself tasted ok. Breakfast staff was rude.

The guy came talking to me. Didn’t realize I was the wrong person. The lady had was rude when I asked for replacement of food that was missing .

Location was easy access to Ithink Ampatherather and safari park

One elevator was not working and it took a long time to get in and out.
