Incredible staff at this upscale Hampton Inn. Beautiful room and view just above the pool. Breakfasts were basic but adequate. The location is the best tho g about the hotel…walking distance to stores and restaurants. However, the cost was really outrageous for a standard Two star hotel.

The room was comfortable and spacious

We were there 3 days. We were aware that house keeping is scheduled every other day and we are fine with that but we were there for 3 days and never saw them. We requested fresh towels and they never appeared. We were out all day that last day and expected to come back to a clean room and did not. Too tired to deal with waiting for someone to show up and take care of the overflowing garbage and dirty towels we just went to sleep and left early the last morning to catch a plane.

Clean, modern hotel with beautiful Dr orations and furnishings. Lovely pool area with tables for eating outdoors. Breakfasts were above average. Helpful staff.

Cost per night was the highest ever paid for a Hampton Inn.

Breakfast was more than adequate and offered a variety of food items. I had the egg omelet and sausage -- very tasty.

Although it was a good experience overall, I had ghost ants in the bathroom and crawling on the bedcover. Had to clean the bathroom sink of them. Didn't sleep too well the second night thinking of the bugs crawling up the bed.

The hotel was very well-maintained. All the common areas were always very clean. The room cleaning was done daily. The breakfast was very good, and the entire team was very welcoming, especially Hector

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The lake view was amazing and location was perfect.

Not enough towels for my family of four (three sets were available), carpet is old in the room and would like more dairy free options at breakfast.

The cleanliness and hygiene are very important, not only in your room but in the place where you are dining. A good hotel always takes care of such petty things as these are the small, little things that help in making your name in the industry and win the trust of your guests.

A good assortment of items to choose from at breakfast. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Absolutely hate scrambled eggs buffet style. I don't mind paying a bit more for the location, but, those eggs!

The breakfast staff were very kind and upbeat. The desk staff were very respectful and sweet. Everything was amazing thank you.

I loved the fact that at anytime during the day or night I could make myself a nice cup of coffee or tea. The pool area was very nice and accessible, clean and comfortable.
