I liked the clean and cpmfy bed. I liked the shower and extra clean towels with complimentary body wash and shampoo. I like the location and the ease of parking a truck

The floors in the rooms are linoleum which i don't mind, but they should be mopped more frequently. Had to wear flip flops to prevent the bottom of my feet from getting dirty.

We chose this hotel because it is just minutes from Lion Country Safari, our target venue. It was really last minute, I booked it just 2 hours before arrival. On later than expected arrival they were having a very busy night, and in a really cool win-win move they upgraded us for free to a suite. It was very nice. The 10ft deep pool was great too, big and only had a few people in it.

I missed the office at first. Better office signage somehow would help.

I was Impressed with the front desk as soon as I checked in. They were two young men who were very professional, and treated me very well after a long Drive south from North Florida. When I arrived I was very tired and I am a disabled Veteran and they upgraded me to a disability suite. Rm 509. It was remarkably clean and very comfortable as well.

Nothing with the hotel. Just the bad weather which has nothing to do with the accomodations.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff friendly and competent. The swimming pool was gigantic and clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking a lake and we had a great view of the sun setting and many duck families.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. I would recommend to my friends. We love the property was PET FRIENDLY! I loved the flooring.

The PET FEES, were abit high. I've never paid like that... NON REFUNDABLE. A small thing...I wish the room had a USB PORT.

Close proximity to many other businesses and beautiful pool setting. Rooms were fairly clean and staff were friendly.

Our toilet overflowing and not having a plunger readily available made for an embarrassment when I had to call the desk to come plunge our toilet.

The location was perfect my husband and I were there for a concert.The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Plenty of parking for my truck

The remote control for the TV is terrible. Also, there was no handicap shower bar in the shower. Nothing to hold onto if the floor get slippery. All the other hotels we stay at the shower, has the bar on the wall to hold onto just in case you’re going to fall

Check in was effective and simple. Front desk agent was kind and very informative. Location was very central to all things needed. Asked for late check out and was able to do so without a problem. Comfortable accommodations

The actual set up of the property was super cute. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the full small fridge in our room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
