It was nice ... I love how it was like a little apartment had a whole kitchen, perfect for our little family. The staff was very nice and it was a perfect location for shopping or restaurants. They also had a cute space outside with a little fireplace and grill with a couch and table for the guests. I was very pleased with my stay overall and would definitely book with them again.

When I initially booked I requested a balcony which we did get but I wasn't aware I would be sharing the space with the guests next door... so some kind of separation would be good.

The property was always clean. Fresh smelling good whenever I walked in or whenever I walk down the hallways. The staff Danielle was very exceptional. When I dropped some items off the luggage card she came from behind the desk to help assist me picking them up. She always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to find things that would help me after me telling her that I had had surgery on my knee. The housekeeping staff was exceptional as well. They were all very friendly. I do suggest that she may try to get a bar for seating and having a casual drink, if Wonn doesn’t want to go out and have a drink. But overall, everything was nice.

That it did not have a bar area downstairs or anywhere. Or Coke machine, machines or vending machine machines in a lobby area or on the floors.

We liked that the breakfast was varied every day with hot choices of eggs, tacos, biscuits, pancakes, sausage and vegetable mix of potatoes and peppers. There was plain and fruit yogurt with lots of topping choices as well as cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and tea. Breakfast area was nicely decorated and pleasant to sit in. The room was perfectly designed with tons of space in all areas. The bed, couch and office chair was extremely comfortable. We were able to stay with our well-behaved pets. The pool and lounge area outside we're beautiful. The facilities were nicely designed. We liked that there was a fitness area with large windows.

The room was a little beat up and needs some attention to functionality of drawers and cabinets. This was a pet designated room which could be part of the reason it was not as nicely kept. However, we are very greatful to be able to travel with our pets, so this would not deter us from staying here again.

The location , the staff, and the cleanliness

The bed was a little small. I'm use to king or even a queen size bed. Also it reeked of dogs. The balcony was not clean

The staff was very nice and helpful during a crisis my family had experienced while staying at the hotel. I am grateful for their support as my family navigated through this difficult situation.

I didn’t like the neighbors in the room next to mine. They would slam the door, bang on walls, and yell at each other in the middle of the night all the way to 3 am. You could also smell a distinct weed smell at times when walking around. The other thing I didn’t like was that sometimes the elevator was wonky and it smelled like pee. The cleaning crew was good about cleaning it, but in the morning it would smell bad again.

The size & location. The very nice lady who managed the incredible daily breakfast and took care of customers was truly AWESOME!!! Matthew and the night guy at the front desk were very helpful , resourceful & kind.

The women at the front desk (CUSTOMER SERVICE) staff were nice, but one in particular had an attitude, they talked about racism, which wasn't applicable to me..

Comfortable apartments and good location

It's a pet-friendly place, and that's fine, but the carpets aren't properly cleaned; they smell bad and are very old. The place is comfortable, but they should take better care of the apartment. The staff was very friendly, except for a girl with glasses in the lobby who didn't say good morning and got upset when we asked for clean towels.

Food was good. Sunday June 9th, there was not enough hot food for customers. I think 9:00am is too early to end breakfast. The employee who was managing breakfast on Sunday was trying her best. I think she could have used some help.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean other than a dog smell masked by a cleaner smell. I bought some disinfectant and it helped alot! You guys need an odor neutralizer, try airing out the rooms too. I don't have a dog, but I appreciate you welcome pets.

The staff were friendly. Sonesta is like a little house and I appreciate hotels with this sleep style.

The breakfast could have had a little variety with meat selections or have sautéed mushrooms for a meat instead of only having spicy meat for tacos. It was not an enjoyable breakfast to a person with milk intolerance (can't eat the cereal or the many other milk related food items there). I purchased breakfast at the local grocery store to eat while staying on property.
