This was our second time staying here. We chose this for the location. It is right off State Street. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was nice and cool when I arrived, which was appreciated since it was HOT outside. Everything in the room was in great repair. Good pillows and comfortable bed.

The only thing I can say negative about our stay was that we were on the first floor this time - last time we were in a higher floor - and it seemed like there was more noise. It wasn't a real issue for me because I travel with ear plugs, just in case there are noise issues. Aside from that, there were no issues with our stay.

Breakfast was fine. the staff was friendly and the facility was clean and updated. Full fridge & kitchen was super awesome.

The bed was super (too) firm and I generally like a firm mattress. The AC fan was loud and kept waking me up, however, the next morning I figured out how to turn it off & or on low, so that really an operator error, not so much the Hotels fault. The sensors on the lights in the bathroom sink area come on full boar when you walk in the area which lights up the entire room walking up me wife. Finally, someone needs to talk to a lighting consultant, all the lights in the room are that bright white warehouse lumen and not every relaxing.

I stay in suites like this for work quite often and this was definitely one of the better rooms I've stayed in. The room was spacious with high ceilings, with a door between the living space and the bedroom. Beds were pretty comfortable as far as hotel beds go. Breakfast was delicious and there was a bunch of options, including some gluten free. Kitchen staff was very friendly.

It wasn't very close to anything, like restaurants or gas stations, as far as I could tell, but it was dark when we got in.

The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and the food was freshly made. We had breakfast three days and each day I tried something different and even though one day was only a banana and yogurt, I was not disappointed by the choices. The staff kept the daily hot items (eggs, potatoes, meat) fresh and the containers were always filled. Our room was cleaned every other day, which was enough for us. The room was spacious and well laid out. We had a king bed, a sofa, small eating table and kitchenette. The bathroom was very clean and they provided toiletries. There were plenty of towels. The room was clean and free of any odors. We had an issue with the automatic night light coming on in the middle of the night when we used the bathroom, so the staff came in and resolved this after night one. They were very responsive to our needs and requests. The desk manager, Steve, reached out to my by text to check in on us to be sure we were satisfied with our room and experience. I've never had this level of customer service before. This hotel is pet friendly, and I saw many dogs. I love dogs and it wasn't a bother at all. There were no indications that dogs were making messes or barking at all. I know that is mostly due to the owners handling of their pets, but the hotel was spotless.

The only thing that I noticed is that the ice water was removed one day before breakfast service was finished. Other than that, there was nothing negative to say about the breakfast. We paid a premium for our stay and that's not a complaint, but it should be noted. It's not a cheap place to stay, but it is worth the cost for the level of hospitality we received.

The staff is excellent! They dress professionally and strive to accommodate the guests quickly and efficiently. The room was quiet, comfy and clean. There was no room cleaning offered during our stay, so the staff made sure and got us whatever we needed. The room was spacious, and the hotel was easy to find and near our event. The breakfast had many choices, was presented well, clean and delicious! I am on the carnivore diet, and I had plenty of options. My co-workers are not, and they ate well also.

Breakfast had variety - there were eggs and sausages and also Waffles, fresh fruit, variety of bread (even gluten-free toast). The room was comfortable. They had a pool, which I did not use. There was a restaurant across the parking lot that was very good. Room had kitchen which had all you needed; there was a microwave, fridge, and also some way to cook. Table and chairs, and nice couch arrangement. TV screen could be pulled away from the side wall and positioned to either watch from sofa or bed (we just did not figure this out until the last night)

I did not like that one could not switch off the night lights in the bathroom area and the toilet. For the toilet one could close the door, but the open bathroom area had that night light on all night. That sort of defeated the very nice shades that completely darkened the room.

Really beautiful area and well kept property. Interior was just as beautiful and the outside. Breakfast was amazing staff kept it fresh and clean throughout breakfast. Love that it changed a little everyday.

No Jacuzzi wish that was an option or maybe a soaker tub for the room.

Well kept furnishings, and the layout was thoughtful and roomy. The little kitchen was spotless! Comfortable beds. The breakfast provided a large selection of food, and it was good. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The environmentally friendly toiletry items were quality brands. The grounds are pleasant with areas to sit and relax.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I loved this hotel. Everything was fantastic- the breakfast, the gym and the hotel facilities. The studio unit was huge and everything seemed brand new. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt luxurious. Great value for money. The location was out of Boise but nice surrounds with parkland across the road and good eating options nearby.

Nothing.

The breakfast was great!! Good quality, excellent choices. The staff kept the warmers with eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. filled; coffee and juice were plentiful. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The cleaning staff was very courteous. There were games downstairs that we could borrow! So awesome!!!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like!!!!
