The location of the Hilton Magnificent Mile Suites is wonderful for walking to many nearby places of interest. Our room was lovely and they upgraded us to the 28th floor with a beautiful view of the lake. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the large screen t.v. as well as the little sink, refrigerator, comfy sofa and wonderful reading chair with the perfect light. The staff was always courteous and kind and made us feel most welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay.

My only disappointment was the breakfast they offered was very expensive and for those of us who eat lightly at breakfast, I was hoping for another option. They do provide free coffee near the front desk which was nice.

The Location is excelent, almost on the heart of the city. The rooms were very confortable And the Staff very kind at the check in and for some informations.

The room was very comfortable, except for the lighting, which was low and left the room dark. Very clean and large, with good amenities.and a good shower.

Top level pool and walking distance to so many places. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room with a view and plenty of space.

Cost of parking. Was not told that the cost was per night, so was a little surprised with my bill at the end. Also, when I booked through a third party service was stated that there was free breakfast. Once arriving, found out that it was only for Hilton members.

The location was perfect for a tourist. It's right in the city center, and easy to walk to interesting places: the lake, downtown, the Bean, and the parks. I had a suite with a partial view of the lake on 21st floor, it improved my experience and made it more enjoyable. The room was spacious, with two TVs, a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee machine. The bed was soft, the shower was also good, and all the shampoo and stuff were there.

Soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better, I could sometimes hear loud talking and laughing, especially in the bathroom. A shuttle to the airport would also be a nice perk. Also, please add a plate, spoon, and fork for guests, who may use the microwave and the mini kitchen. Thank you!

The suite was very clean and comfortable, and it had an excellent view of the city. The location was within walking distance of many shops, eateries, and other conveniences. The staff exceeded my expectations; the woman the assisted us at the counter was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed.

The valet service was bit slower than I would have liked, but I do understand that it is downtown Chicago. However, we alerted them 15 minutes before we needed our car as requested by the valet, but they took an additional 15 minutes to get it anyway. It was frustrating because we had an event to get to.

everything went well. This is my favorite hotel in Chicago and have stayed there every time I visit. Location in great, having a Suite with a sofa bed in addition to the main beds is always a plus when traveling with family. That is the main reason I choose this hotel every time.

Room is a bit dark, view is limited but really doesn´t make a difference. One thing that I would change.. beds are way too soft. If I could get a firmer bed I would have a better night sleep. That is personal preference but even when I don´t dislike soft beds, these I do find way too soft.

We were in the city for a trip to the American Girl store which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so the location was ideal. Moreover, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We sincerely appreciated complimentary robes, a complimentary 1-hour late checkout time, and the ability to check our bags with the doormen for a few hours while we explored other city attractions after our checkout time until our train left later in the afternoon. We have stayed at this hotel and this location on many occasions. We have always enjoyed our stays, and we will be back!

My only suggestion would be to expand the snack bar hours or provide an area for vending machines. We sincerely appreciate the complimentary bottled waters, but it would be nice to have on site access to purchase other drinks and snacks whenever we desire them. We typically bring children on our visits and utilize the pool, and swimming makes us hungry for late night snack, lbvs.

Clean and comfortable. Good size room, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. Partial lake view was a nice bonus. Great views of the city from the pool and gym. Great location close to Michigan Ave, and the shoreline. Easily walkable, but plenty of cabs available too. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Decent value for money especially on a holiday weekend.

Decor felt a bit tired in places, particularly bathroom. Lobby was a little soulless, perhaps needs a coffee bar or something. I didn't take up the option of the breakfast as it felt expensive (at around $20) and there were lots of great places close by.

We loved staying here for lollapalooza weekend! A short walk to the busses and slightly longer to the train. We had to wait slightly longer for our room to be ready, but that meant we were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. When I was finally given a room, the hotel also gave us a list of recommended bars in the area which was awesome. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bellhops were also so amazing and helpful.

For such a pricy hotel, we would have loved more amenities overall. Breakfast was not included, and the only real amenities offered were the pool (which had a beautiful view, but was pretty small), and a fitness room. I wish there were vending machines or snack options, maybe a bar, or any other fun amenities. Also, the communication with housekeeping could have been better, as I had to fight to get into our room on time.

Close to everything. Very friendly staff. Room service always had the room all tidied up and clean when we came back in the evening. Helpful friendly valet. Easy and convenient self park options. Great room set up and awesome indoor pool with a view. Fridge and microwave in room. I liked the brand they use for shampoo/conditioner/soap and I like that they have actual full bottles in the shower.

Some of our outlets didn’t work. It would also be cool if there was a port in the room that took apple charge cords because I didn’t bring the adapter for them thinking a hotel of this price would have them in the room. The sound insulation is pretty bad. You can hear everything coming from the hall and the room next to you. Which also means they can all hear you. The shower curtains are poor designed and water gets all over the floor whenever you take a shower.
