Spacious room with kitchen. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave to store/reheat our leftovers. Shower always had hot water ready which is a must for the cold weather in November. They have a complimentary beverage station of hot water, teas, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby all day. We enjoyed having a hot drink to go every day we went out. There is also breakfast every morning but we did not get a chance to try it. Wish we were able to check it out!

The shower had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner but thought it was strange that the bathroom sink did not have hand soap. Maybe they forgot to restock our hand soap? We had our own so we didn't bother asking the front desk. We didn't cook or use dishes but I noticed the kitchen sink did not have dish soap either so FYI, be prepared to bring your own soap if needed :)

The staff was really helpful especially Yardi. The location was great walking distance of everything. I valet my car when I check in never had to move it again. I was a block or so from lake Michigan.

The line for breakfast was long. I was not aware that the hotel housed immigrants. The valet was overly price especially if you stayed for more a few days. The valet cost as much as the room stay.

Only paid parking - extremely high price, but it is with other hotels in the downtown, but using SpotHero App, I found one at walking distance 70% cheaper The only temporary issue is that the main entrance is under renovation, and breakfast is average.

The room was very spacious.Breakfast was a basic buffet style with eggs, potatoes, breads, and yogurt. We were 2 blocks from the Magnificent Mile. Although, a longer hike, we walked to the Navy Pier and returned by walking the lakeshore. The staff was very accommodating. I loved having a kitchenette to prepare a couple of meals! It helped save money on food so we could enjoy outside activities that wouldn't feel like we were breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again!

Valet service was $70/nt. It is a high price ( not the highest) but also the average price for downtown Chicago. There is a self park garage 1 block away for $28/nt.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was within a mile of many of the attractions. It was also in a very clean and peaceful area. The hotel laid on complimentary tea/coffee from 7am to 9pm in reception and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the weather and also the atmosphere of Chicago. Our room was a really good size and we didn't feel cramped or under each others feet. Breakfast was good and while it offered a hot selection it wasn't quite a full english. But it was good enough to start the day.

The hotel didn't have a bar which was slightly disappointing but there were many places in Chicago to enjoy a evening drink or meal.

Very nice location. Short way to lots of attractions. Quiet and clean. Don't know if the beds were very good or I just slept very heavily because of walking 20.000 steps a day in this great city.

Breakfast was the simplest we've ever experienced in any hotel... No vegetables except the potatoes they served a couple of days. Only sausage, scrambled eggs and fried bread or potatoes. Yoghurt and two kinds of cereals. Toast. The second morning we ate the leftover pizza from the restaurant we visited the day before. Nice kitchen in the room so it's a good option to make breakfast yourself.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location was great. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast or lack thereof was disappointing. They clearly need more help in the breakfast area when I finally got through, the line there was only one item left scrambled eggs. There were 4 other heated containers clearly, they had food in them at some point but were completely empty except for the crumbs when I got to them. When I asked if they would be refilling the other items I was told in 15 minutes. Then regular coffee in the lobby was empty that was so bad for this coffee before anything person. When I came back down in 45 minutes the coffee had been replenished.

It's was a decent, convenient location. Beds were comfortable, outside noise was pretty loud but couldn't hear noises from other rooms or the hall. Breakfast was ok. Some staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day.

Only real parking option was the $70 valet, but it is Chicago. I just don't remember seeing anywhere the cost ahead of time. Breakfast had very limited options and I have a child on the spectrum who is very picky. Eggs, one day was turkey sausage one day was bacon, potatoes, toast, English muffin, and yogurt. No pancakes or waffles, no bagels, no oatmeal. Juice was only Kiwi Strawberry or Apple. We were in king/queen suite and the bathroom and sink area were very tiny.

I loved that the hotel was so close to almost all of the attractions I visited. It was so many restaurants in the area. It was so close to the beach. I enjoyed being able to walk the entire time as everything was so close. There was a store literally around the corner and you could purchase anything you needed. The hotel had breakfast daily. The hotel was clean. I had a two bedroom suite and it slept myself in addition to four other adults comfortably. I was nervous about the layout, but it was so spacious. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The bathroom was too small. That would be the only thing I didn't like. Otherwise, everything was spot on.
