I LOVE that the waitress in the main restaurant REMEMBERED me from my last visit! The room service folks (from placing order to delivery) were outstanding! A lovely atmosphere. Clean, spacious, room with super comfortable bed and pillows. I used valet parking for convenience. The valet folks were very helpful and kind. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel which is easy to get to and from but I didn't plan to leave the area so I chose to use valet.

No complaints! If I had to pick something I really can't. I've had excellent experiences for the last 5 visits I've been there. Hopefully this doesn't jinx me for my next visit haha!

The room was very clean and spacious. I liked the bathroom, including the shower. Having dispenser soap, shampoo and conditioner is very convenient, rather than dealing with tiny bottles. The front desk staff was friendly and my kids loved having the Starbucks in the lobby.

There should be a nightstand on the other side of the bed where there's space. It's hard to sleep on the side without one in order to charge you phone, set down a beverage, or have a book. We were told we had two parking options, both with a fee that I don't recall seeing online. However, my husband discovered we could park behind the building at no cost, so it seemed like the hotel was not providing us all the parking options in order to make more money per night.

Everything with the room was fine; there were plenty of lights around the room, the water in the shower came out hot in a matter of seconds and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. They also serve complimentary coffee/tea and muffins on Sunday mornings.

This was to be expected, but as we were there for the eclipse, the room rate was higher the closer you got to the day of the eclipse. Compared to other places that charged even more, it was still a good value given the circumstances.

Quiet room, nice lobby, easy access to the parking garage and the Fashion Mall.. Nice staff and pleasant Bar..

Our room didn't cool properly, had the air temperature down and the fan on high but was still warm in the room. Also upon checkout never got a copy of my room bill just emailed it to me and found issues on it when I got home.

Location was great staff was great was very clean I loved they had a mall inside

I felt like breakfast should have been free of charge because this hotel already cost a lot to stay in so u would think coffee and breakfast would be free so was disappointed it wasn’t also the extra fees I was unaware of until check in other than that was good stay

I love the hotel and all facilities The pool and hot tubs is so nice I got newly renovated room on the top floor which is super nice , The staff was helpful

Only thing is the little snacks shop behind the front desk was too expensive , I know we pay for convenient but still too expensive if compared to other hotels I stayed in I only got 1 bottle Mt.Dew and 3little pack of skittles and it was $19 If you could lower the price so family with kids can afford it Must be nicer, And please put the price up Because when I bought snacks it was no price shown on the shelf and when I asked for receipt it’s not show break down price what is what It’s only show total is $19

The valet nick is a great man he smile he laugh with me and help in all ways..the ladies in the dining room service with a smile very polite food was good, the shoes shine man also gave me a smile Nathan, Natasha, and who's name I've forgotten the African American lady very helpful all the staff members I've encountered throughout my stays at Sheraton the staff are fantastic.......Now the bad first I want to apologize to the Sheridan as a whole my life problems that keeps me coming to my peaceful place was misuse I know the policy no SMOKING and I hurted Soo bad I cried and smoke in the room never meaning to be disrespected just was dealing with hurtful stuff I misuse my room and from the bottom of my heart my true apology..... Lastly I want GM, MANAGEMENT TEAM TO HONOR NATHAN NATASHA NICK THE VALET GUY AND ALL LADIES AND CHECK-IN AND DINING ROOM CHEERS TO YOU YOU GUYS DO A GOOD JOB

What I didn't like is everytime I come I get good rooms and bad room it would of been nice to have a good room everytime for that's what my money pays for and is what I'm looking for when I chose Sheraton at keystone crossing

Rooms were clean great location

Hotel did not have FREE Parking for guest Sheraton needs to rethink charging for parking due to the expensive Price to stay there I have never paid for parking at any Hotel this is unacceptable and might deter me from booking there again

The property was very clean and centrally located to a lot of things. They have a very nice bar area, restaurant and the pool and work out room were excellent

Parking was in a parking garage across the street. Very dimly lit at night, did not seem safe

How it’s connected to the mall and pretty clean. The beds weren’t bad either.

The room we had didn’t get very cold even tho it was set on high and the lowest temp. Also said the room would have a bathtub and it did not. Our bathroom floors were dirty also, it made our feet black.
