The location is perfect to walk to Bourbon street. The hotel is very clean. Lots of hot water, looks like a new bathroom. Restaurant is very good.
Cashless was a problem. Even the little coffee area didn’t take cash. Tipping the restaurant staff who refused cash was ridiculous, but the reason I wouldn’t go again at this hotel is the $42 per day parking US dollar. I found that extreme.

Nice location and staff, and nice food
The machines for icecubes didn't work on most floors, and didn't get fixed in the 8 days we stayed in the hotel, even though informing the reception. The aircondition in our room was terrible. You could choose between an aircondition which was extremely loud and with an airflow so strong, that you couldn't be near it, or no aircondition at all.

Room was clean and comfortable. Big enough for a family of 4 adults. Beds wee very comfortable and the room was quiet. Sometimes we could here the police siren but it didn't disturb. The location is great. About 15/20 min walk from most attractions. Lot's of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not included. There are options nearby. I recommend having breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. It's very good and it's faster than going other places and having to wait 30/40 min to be seated.
The bathroom door didn't close properly. It was a sliding door. So to have privacy we had to hold it with a shoe. Also the pillows were not comfortable (goose feather - too soft). No room service. You have to order by phone and go down to pick it up. Parking is very expensive - 30 bucks per day. But I think it's like that everywhere in the city

Location was amazing as we could work to a conference nearby, to the Holiday Parade, and to multiple attractions. Most importantly, though, the staff was AMAZING at accommodating from the get go my requests for my autistic child (room in a higher floor and isolated from other rooms and late check-out). Everyone was extremely kind all the time. The hotel is not only well located but it is filled with kindness. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds/ pillows too! We had a good view from the room and the lobby was beautiful decorated for the holidays. In house restaurant (Holiday Street Car) was very convenient and food was great as well! Thank you!
Everything was awesome! The only disappointing thing is that I couldnt get points on my IGH because I booked through Booking... :(

The location was great, it was in walking distance to good eateries and to the Smoothie King dome. The room was very good, had a city view which was good. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was really good, although the bathroom was a little small it was very clean and stocked with enough towels. The hot 'made to order' breakfast was very tasty and the waitress was on point, she did not skip a beat in serving me. The desk clerks and security were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel again when traveling to the city of New Orleans!
As mentioned, the bathroom was a little small, but I didn't come to stay in the bathroom, I wanted to enjoy the room and I did. Everything else was great!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn at the Superdome was better than I expected. It is located very close to the Amtrak station. We arrived at night. The staff were all very good throughout our stay. The hotel has a full restaurant and bar among other amenities. I was worried it was too far from the French Quarter, but it was an easy walk to get there.
The house keeping staff took our used towels, but neglected to replace them on three separate occasions. We had to call for towels each time.

The rooms were decent, we did have a couple of issues that were addressed the next day. In my Sister’s room 1229 the bedside outlets did not work the entire stay. This is disappointing because we booked the rooms back in January. Also in my room 1228 the AC was wonky a nice man came up and got it working correctly. He was supposed to come back for the outlets but I don’t think anyone came back up.
Bessie outlets didn’t work the entire stay.

The staff were all VERY friendly and clearly work hard. Kudos to everyone! The lobby had fresh, cold, lemon infused, water in the lobby which was a godsend on the warm days. Bartender was particularly friendly and polite. I'm bummed that I don't remember any names to give specific accolades to! If you're someone that doesn't mind walking a little bit, everything is a reasonably walk away. I took an Uber to Frenchman Street one day, but really, I probably should have just walked. Finally, you'd never know it just by looking, but there's a little pizza/calzone joint very nearby. It looks like a bit of a dilapidated area, but the food is solid.
Wasn't a fan of the smell in the hallway on the 18th floor (that kind of gross 'city street' smell, if you know what I mean) - no unpleasant smells in the room, however! Water pressure was lacking, but I assume that's just a function of being on the 18th floor. Seemed a little pricey, but I'm also used to getting an AirBnB.

My check-in receptionist, Dabriella, was gracious, patient, and knowledgeable. When I asked questions, she answered with a warm inviting smile, that put me at ease. This was our first visit in New Orleans and when we come again, the Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome--IHG Hotel is our choice . Dabriella is an essential and valuable asset that represents your establishment.
The vending machine, on our floor, had a lot of empty slots. Also, the parking garage is dangerous--due to a one way in/out. There were a couple vehicles making wide turns to go down while we were going up that almost hit us. Lastly, we couldn't utilize our balcony due to an actual key was needed to open the door.
