Fantastic location! A block to Bourbon St, but quiet inside the hotel. Most attractions were only a few blocks away. The hotel seemed to be newly renovated. Clean, comfortable room. Beds were somewhat soft. Nice white sheets and duvet. The space in the double room was adequate for 2 people. Adequate lighting and outlets. Wi-Fi worked well. A/C worked well. Bathroom was a decent size. Nice shower. Hot water. Good spray. Thin bathrobes available. Toilet pressure was good. Desk staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out. 24hr front desk. Guests are "buzzed" into the lobby after hours by the employee at the front desk. I did not use the gym, bar, or the shallow, small pool.

Though this hotel was less expensive than most, it was still expensive. New Orleans ain't cheap, y'all. The shower door is a glass wall that extends a little more than half the distance of the shower floor, so the floor was usually wet enough to soak a towel or two after a shower. No mini fridge or microwave in rooms. No breakfast included. The TV/movie channel selection was weaksauce, but you don't go to New Orleans to watch TV, anyway.

The location, location, location was perfect between Bourbon St. and shopping on Royal St. Never heard crowds on Bourbon St. Nice courtyard and large lobby area to relax. Updated rooms and bathroom.

Our room TV, house phone or clock radio did not work when we arrived. Told staff and they said maintenance will correct the following day. Never showed up. Told staff again they said they will take care of it. Nobody showed up. Had no TV, house phone or radio all our stay. When we requested our room to be cleaned the cleaning staff did just the minimum. Much dust under beds and furniture. Bathroom appeared to be barely touched.

Great location, right off Bourbon St. Close to pretty much everything in the French Quarter. Helpful staff. Nice courtyard area and good coffee available in the lobby.

Very, very small pool. Basically a plunge pool. Mattresses weren't great. Elevator is slow. There are no mini-fridges or microwaves in the rooms. I didn't know this when booking and it would have been helpful. It was frustrating not to be able to save leftovers for later or have a cold drink at hand. Also no food available at the hotel itself, breakfast is available at their sister hotel about a block away.

It's a corner street away from the iconic Boubon St, which if you know, it gets quite loud on a daily basis. But during the entire duration of our stay (with Jazz Festival starting), at night it's actually quite - for context we were on the top floor facing the street, so we would hear noise if there was any any night. The front desk team, especially Sonia (I hope that's the right spelling) was very helpful and knowledgable, specifically about getting a bite to eat after being on a plane. The hotel room itself is fine, some bits and pieces need to be updated to more modern hotels such as the TV (it's old school analog) but we didn't come to New Orleans to watch TV - however, we did discover that US has a game show network... love that! There's water in the room, plus plenty of water and tea options, should you need more throughout your stay.

Not a con per se, but TV could be updated to a more modern one, maybe with digital channels and/or streaming services enabled?

Fantastic location, and good value!. Clean and quiet, in spite of proximity to Bourbon Street. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, and there was a lovely courtyard with a small pool, great for decompressing.

Hotel is showing its age - little things were worn or broken, with no maintenance on site (they had to call for help from another of their hotels). Neither safe in our family's two rooms were working, but staff graciously moved us to another room. Pool was advertised as heated, but heater was broken, so too cold to use, fixtures mildly damaged, etc. Noticeable, but not concerning.

Great location being just around the corner from Bourbon Street and 20 minute walk from Frenchman Street and 10 from the market. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. The courtyard was simple but lovely, and the staff were helpful too.

Not enough worktop space in the bathroom. Not enough lighting in the bedroom area. You can hear guests from other rooms and sometimes from outside dependant on room location. Cleaner ignored the do not disturb sign which meant we had new towels, which of course is lovely, but we were trying to save more washing as we were only there a few days.

The location in the French Quarter is phenomenal. Walking distance to most everything in the area. Felt safe (NOPD at the corner of Royal & Conti) and at night, the front door is locked and opened only by staff verifying that you're a guest. Very clean and quiet hotel which is a great way to unwind after a day of exploring NOLA Our stay was based on the incredible reviews of Pierre, who checked us in and throughout our stay made a point of making us feel welcomed. He always opened the front door with a warm greeting and a smile on his face exuding that he genuinely appreciated our stay. He embodies hospitality and as someone who works in the industry, it's great when I can be a recipient. Definitely recommend staying here! It's not fancy with a lot of frills but if you want to stay in the heart of the French Quarter and not deal with noise and rowdy guests, this is the place to stay. Well definitely be returning.

Honestly, the only thing would be the pillows (not very comfortable or supportive). It was sad to see their bar was closed but it would be nice if that area was used for maybe a continental breakfast offering. Lots of seating inside and out.

I always love the location when I stay here! We never even have to touch our car due to everything we enjoy being walking distance!

Our a.c was leaking when we first got there but they fixed it asap! Also the ice machine on my floor didn't work so I had to go to the next floor to get ice the whole duration of my trip. I would also love if they would put microwaves and a mini fridge in the rooms, however they do have a microwave in the lobby for you to use.

Super close to everything. Me and my wife always go to N.O. We try to stay either right on bourbon of no further that a few hundred feet. Right outside your door and boom its sum licckka. Oh and ntm they have complimentary bottled water with the option of room temp, cold or ice cold…..and trust me if you’re doing N.O. the way it should be done you’ll appreciate this so much.

So when we first got into our room…..there was a empty cup on the nightstand. I went to pick up a bottle of water from the little desk only to discover it was already open. Now the front desk man did tell us that he’d switch our room a d was very apologetic but we declined because we had just gotten in from a 6hr drive and had already unpacked all of our stuff. Ntm i don’t feel as though the room wasn’t cleaned more of so like somebody just rushed.

Lovely hotel in just a few minutes walking distance to Bourbon Street. Hotel personnel is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and modern, and the pool/patio outside is great when you just want to chill a few hours away from all the busy life. I can highly recommend this hotel! There are a few comments on booking.com about bad experiences and cleanness of the lounge chairs outside, but that is totally wrong. The chairs enjoy some shade from the surrounding tree's and yeah... it could be there are some leaves on the chairs! This is something you can wipe of yourself! The bar in the hotel is closed since Covid, but really, all around the hotel are bars/supermarkets and you are free to bring your drinks. We had a great stay, and the location is really great!
