Location was a plus...everything about our trip was wonderful (from the staff, breakfast, room, balcony and Bourbon Street)

The only part about our stay was, I was unaware that a certain type of Balcony had to be booked/requested when booking...we were wanting to book the balcony facing Bourbon Street, so we wouldn't have to leave our room....But our next trip, we will book the Bourbon Balcony

We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also liked the security for their guests.

The only exception to the overall security is one of the female security guards never checked our room cards upon re-entry. She was too busy on her phone to double check our registry. The room was clean and comfortable but smaller than expected. We couldn't get the luggage cart far enough into the room to load it safely. The bathroom was very clean. The tub, however, was dangerously slick.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of all the action, bars, restaurants and shops. The front desk staff, especially Ronita, made us feel welcome,the valet guys are always so nice, and the housekeeping staff do a great job. They really do think of all the little things to make you feel comfortable like a noise machine in the room, coffee, hairdryer, etc. This is our second time staying, will be back next year with more friends!

We stayed for three nights. The first night, the room we were put in was not what we expected, more of a Toulouse street view than Bourbon. I went back down to the front desk and spoke with Ronita. She was amazing and fixed the issue for us immediately. The room we stayed in the next two nights was perfect with a huge balcony and perfect view of Bourbon Street.

The staff was so nice and friendly. We had a super early flight to NOLA, and when we arrived at about 10:30 am, they let us check in. I didn’t even ask for early check in but was pleasantly surprised when she handed me keys. Was able to go to the front desk and request as many towels as needed. There’s also security at the door at night which I loved. Everything was just perfect.

I liked everything. The only thing I will say, this property is in the middle of bourbon street and it’s loud from about 4pm until 4am but me and my friends went down there to party and drink, so the noise didn’t bother us but that is something to be mindful of. Also the room and bathroom is a little on the small side, but me and my 2 girlfriends didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other. Overall I rate this property a 10/10 for the reasons as to why we went to down there (to party on bourbon street). The only thing we didn’t like was the 5th floor rooms didn’t have a balcony, that was the only downside but we were barely in the room so we didn’t miss out too bad.

My daughter and I went South to New Orleans to get warm and enjoy the town. We hit right at the start of the historic "2025 NOLA Blizzard." No open restaurants, grocery stores, bars, museums - NOTHING was open. We stayed for 3 nights and 3 days at the hotel. My biggest comment - thank heavens for the STAFF!! Many of them were stranded at the hotel with us and they worked non-stop to make the stay pleasant. Two in particular - One = the bartender who also worked as the restaurant server, etc. Two = the cook who made the food great and would come out of the kitchen to check up on things (like hot coffee in the lobby.) The people behind the desk also were wonderful - going out of their way to keep tabs on the airport cancellations, cabs to get to the airport, etc. THANKS, FOLKS!

The weather.

Beautiful building right on Bourbon Street, so the location was excellent for us. Our rooms were large and very comfortable, and we barely heard any street noise even though ear plugs were kindly provided. Security on the front door made you feel safe, as you had to show your key card when re-entering the hotel. The bar in the lobby was lovely, with amazing staff, and the small tuck shop was very handy! The pool was also stunning.

Struggling to think of anything that could be improved!

The bathroom was very small. One of the female security attendants was rude

Very helpful staff, which helped us with switching rooms from the loud side of the hotel to the quiet one. Thank you very much for that. Nice swimming pool. Great location of the hotel - right in the center of the French Quarter. You exit the hotel and you are immediately in the middle of the party:)

The Hotel is located on Bourbon Street which is loud and lively all day and all night, so if you actually want to sleep at night, make sure you room is on the other side than Bourbon Street:)

Central location, in the heat of the action. Restaurants are at within a 2 minute walk, bars, shops, the Mississippi River is 10 minutes away, Congo Square as well. If you want to enjoy all the vibes of the city nightlife, get a room on Bourbon Street. If, like me, you want to sleep before 3am, book a room with a garden/pool view. All the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Location - I could not sleep on the first night. I booked a room with a balcony and view. I was put on the 5th floor, no balcony, no view just the sound of club and pub music until 2am, then party people screaming and shouting until 4am. Just when I thought I could finally sleep...the bin men arrived The rooms facing Bourbon should come with a health & Safety warning The staff kindly changed my room to the back of the hotel facing the carpark Then it was all good
