I love that where I was there for many nights in a row that staff didn't bother my family or I everyday. They came when asked but also didn't knock at our door when we didn't ask for a cleaning. Very prompt on keep guest happy and safe. There was three men from a different country that came into the pool.area when there was family's with there young children and then a teen age girl who's mom was sitting outside of the pool area. We'll the three men stripped down to there boxers not even swim shorts just boxers and then started drinking beers and talking in there language very nasty like about the 13 year old girl. You could just tell they was being nasty with there thought buy the way they was speaking then looking at her smiling big and saying oh yes. I called the front desk right away and within 5 mins of the call the men was being removed from the pool area.

I did not like that there was a guest at the motel who acted as though she was better then the rest of us and let her dog poop in the walkway infromt of the exit doors I had to tell my son over and over again to watch for the poop

1) The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! 👍 2) The value is very good, as is the hotel's location which is directly off of I-95. 3) The pool is a huge plus as I am visiting a 9-year-old when I stay here. It's nice sized, well maintained, always has plenty of towels and there are two hot tubs to use there as well.

Like I said the value is good, but then it also is understandable that it is not a 4-star property. Some of the furniture is a bit dated and well used, but everything is clean and I will continue to come here on my regular visits to Portland, Maine

Quiet, comfortable. Wish we were staying more than 1 quick night. Would have liked to use the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center.

There was a bottle of Mountain Dew lying on the bedroom floor as well as a long black hair sitting on the bathroom floor when we arrived. We were in a hurry to get where we needed to be in time, after check in, so we didn’t bother letting the front desk know. It questioned how well the rest of our room was cleaned. Other than that, the bed was comfy, our room was quiet and cozy. Like having the fridge in our room. Loved the fires, couches and tv’s just outside the lobby area to relax in, outside of our room. Very cozy.

The price is perfect and I love that every room has a balcony/patio. Some people will complain about hallways, but this hotel is great. Didn't feel dangerous at all. No frills. There's no breakfast but the lobby offers coffee for free in the morning and there's a breakfast restaurant literally right outside the door. Even with a room facing the busy road, my room was quiet all night.

The gym being at the center of foot traffic between the lobby and the rest of the hotel.... felt like I was jogging on display lol

Stacks has great pancakes. IHOP was 10 minutes away as well. Located in a great location to shopping, food,and easy access to highway. Rooms had a balcony. The viewing options on the TV were good. The pool, hot tub, and jacuzzi were hits with the family. Nice fitness room. Every interaction with the staff was great. Late checkout option helped my family organize and mobilize. I enjoyed my stay.

There was noticeable dog feces on the grounds, most likely from the guests pets. The bed was too soft for my liking, but the family liked it.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to have a jetted tub in our room. It was nice to have a sliding glass door to a small patio for the room as well and made it easier to get our bags the first night. Stacks the restaurant attached to the hotel was also nice, but only served until 2:00pm. It was also great that door dash delivered to the hotel and brought it directly to our room. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi each night and liked they had an adult only time, so it was less stressful.

We had to call and ask 3 times for fresh towels, but we did eventually get them. It was kind of a bummer the restaurant that would have served dinner was closed, but we made do with door dash after a long day of visiting sites in the area.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Temperature of pool and hot tubs -- two hot tubs -- were prefect.

Both hot tubs, the jets did not work. The one located with the pool is an older model so do not think the "button" can be fixed. Staff also stated that the button constantly gets broken. Hot tub in the hallway, the timer dial does not work. Think they have been broken for awhile and no way to fix the timer problem.

We liked the location, easy access off of I-95, and about 15 minutes away from the touristy area of Portland. We also liked having the Stacks restaurant attached. They opened early in the morning, which was great for us because we like to get early starts to our day. I needed more shampoo at one point, and the one person behind the main desk was able to give me more toiletries with no issue.

The mattress on the bed itself was fine, but we felt that the sheets and pillow cases were not comfortable — a little scratchy — and the blankets were not heavy enough.

The room was large and pleasant, with plenty of room for everything we brought. Double beds were comfortable. We loved the clean hot tubs! Front desk staff were friendly, arranged for an early check-in and late check-out with no hassle, and were quick to help us when we locked our keys in the room. The card keys worked on the first try every time, unlike most places we've stayed. We appreciated the grab bars and good hot shower in the clean bathroom. Adequate free parking. The adjoining restaurant was convenient and the food was good. Overall a great place for our micro-vacation!

The in-room coffeemaker produced brownish hot water that did not smell or taste like coffee; completely undrinkable. Free breakfast would have been nice.
