I liked how when we checked in we were offered a lower level, but the front desk asked us if we want to hire and promoted us to the top floor with the view of the harbor. We came on 4 July, so of course, as you would expect a lot of people were there for the view. The staff was very friendly The view was very nice. The room was good. Everything was pretty clean. I enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub was also feeling great. I love how they offer our towels at the pool so you don’t have to bring your own. They have a outdoor basketball court tennis court indoor gym. This is a really nice hotel. Staff are really friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was how one specific employee was rude. He came into the pool area telling everyone to get out. The pool is closed when it indeed did not close for another five minutes. He was rushing everyone to get out the pool and had such a negative nasty attitude. The other thing I don’t like is how you have to pay for parking and it’s also very challenging to find parking in the garage. For a weekend day I ended up paying over $50 for parking which is a bit pricey on top of paying for the hotel. I think they should give you a parking voucher we staying at the hotel for a certain amount of days.

The hotel is in a great location to Camden Yards and MT Stadium. Also, walking to the inner harbor was perfect! The staff upon leaving was great! The greeter at the door was very friendly! Being able to see fireworks from the hotel 7th floor balcony was cool, but they need to trim the bushes a little more :) haha

When we first arrived, the person I worked with was not friendly or helpful. I asked if Orioles park was in walking distance and asked how we would get there and she said "can you elaborate?" Then I said which direction do we walk and how long, she did not know. I feel like if you work at a hotel at the front desk near the park you should know this answer. She also did not tell me I could put parking on my room for a discount and then at check out was too late. I also did not know the bar/restaurant was closed so that was a bummer. It was ok tho! Add some lights on the balcony its pretty at night but you can't see anything.

The property was in a fairly safe location (only one attempted mugging out front at night) and we had great views of the 12 O’clock boys riding by each night (amazing free show of talents!) and beautiful views of the harbor and helicopter patrol of the park across the road. The pimp staying in the hotel hanging with his ladies out front around 10pm trying to score dates via their phone was entertaining and she assured him she was trying. And they were successful as a man showed up! It was an eye opener for sure. The water pressure was a bit low. The room was clean and simple. No pictures on the walls but comfy beds. The breakfast restaurant on the weekend was ok. A spoon to stir my coffee rather than my butter knife would have been nice. But our nice waitress kept disappearing. Food was good but a bit overpriced for simple breakfast pancakes and an omelette. Staff were very friendly. The pool was very crowded but clean on Saturday night with 12 small kids in the hot tub with their two moms. It was no longer a hot tub if you know what I mean. Very cute and entertaining though. We were happy to have stayed here because of the views noted above. We would have been disappointed had we been facing the back. It was also super close to Camden Yards (quick walk up the road) which was great!

Some might have been bothered by the things noted above but we are realistic people and found the things mentioned above as entertaining. Minus the attempted mugging out front by a few girls surrounding me (female). I escaped as fast as my feet would allow me, safely and unharmed. But it was after 10pm. Do not recommend standing out front this late. This is Baltimore after all.

Rooms were very spacious and clean!

The gym was a little dark, run down and felt a little dirty. The TV's were ripped off the walls and the treadmills were sticky.

The location was superb in the rooms where modernized and beautiful. The common area is for stately and luxurious.

They could not find our reservation properly as we booked two rooms and they had us for one initially they said they could put the two rooms together as we had three children, teenagers. They said they would let us know in 10 minutes. They never called back. I went to the desk. They assured me to be 10 more minutes that didn’t happen. We had an event to attend so I called the hotel someone picked up Ash would be OK to put me on hold and I lingered her languished for over 20 minutes before hanging up. When I went back to the hotel that night, the attendant never heard of such a request to have rooms together, and it could not be accommodated. Also, when I went to pick up my car from the valet, he asked me to get it myself instead of him, retrieving it which I did.

Getting a free upgrade for a harbour view was most appreciated 👏 Location is amazing overlooking the inner Harbour, with nice walks about the place. Facilities were top class. Being able to shoot a few hoops on the roof of the 7th floor was unique to say the least! It was great to unwind in the pool and gym and acclimatise to the time difference before things kicked off for Maryland Deathfest 😀

Having to move out after 2 nights to join my newly arrived friends in a different hotel that was a serious come down after being here! One very small gripe that is easily fixed - please pump up the basketball as the deflated ball and the cushioned surface is not a good combination for dribbling around the place. All told, I couldn't recommend this place high enough.

I was very impressed on how clean the hotel and my room was. For me cleanliness is extremely important to me. I look at everything when staying at a hotel, if I am paying for a place it better be clean and this hotel was, praise to the cleaning staff, they do a great job and should be commended for their work. Everyone that we meet was extremely nice and helpful. The location was great, right across from the harbor. Room was a nice size, bigger then most hotels. our room had a nice view of the harbor( across from science center). I hope that this hotel keeps up with the cleanliness, etc.

Location and view from the room on the harbor side cannot be beat. Room size is large and very nicely decorated. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly.

Value. Only basic coffee/tea offered and not refilled on day 2 without requesting it. Refrigerator but no microwave. I agree with not changing sheets each day but did expect the room to be cleaned and serviced. But this is not their policy - you have to request service. For the cost I did not feel that the service and bath amenities were appropriate.

The location is perfect for those looking to be at the harbor. We stayed in a harbor view room and besides the fact that the view was partially obstructed by the top of the roof it was beautiful! The hot tub, pool and saunas in the locker rooms were AMAZING! They also have free yoga during the weekdays which was very nice! I wish they offered spa treatments.

They need to upgrade TVs to smart TVs, clean the baseboards in the bathrooms, repair structural damage in the ceilings of the pool area, and offer a reduced rate for parking. Parking was pretty expensive. For the harbor view rooms they should note the view may be obstructed by the roof and indicate which rooms have the full view of the harbor with no obstructions.

The hotel was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and informative. Easy layout to navigate and had no issues with noise in the hallways or issues with the room. The view of the water was lovely as well. Loved the window with couch to watch the sunrise and the bed was very comfortable and room temperature was great! Also loved the overall space and size of the room.

I only had two areas that were good but not great for me. In 2024 I was disappointed that there was a lack of streaming capabilities for the TVs it’s something I’ve grown accustomed to when going to hotels to have a more personalized viewing experience in the room. Secondly and this may be an issue for some but not all but the shower did not get hot enough for me. Especially on a winter stay I would’ve loved a nice hot steamy shower but the water never got above warm at best. Not sure what can be done about that but it was a minor blip on my stay. Everything else was fantastic
