Rooms were clean, and so were the common areas. The staff was very friendly. James was wonderful in the breakfast area. He really took pride in creating a clean, inviting experience.

The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels I've stayed in but wouldn't prevent me from returning. Not a dislike but a suggestion to mark breakfast items as gluten free or not. As someone with celiac, I appreciated the yogurt and banana for breakfast but would have been nice to know if the omelets and potatoes were gluten free or not. My husband raved about the biscuits and gravy.

The folks and accommodations at this Holiday Inn Express were fantastic. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially with late check out since our flight our was in the evening. We also had a cancelled flight, so we returned to the same hotel due to how nice the experience was. They also provide a shuttle to and from the airport. Just call the hotel and they'll set it up. They also shuttle people to and from and local mall, which is huge with lots of franchise restaurant options. It's a good place to kill time if you have a late outgoing flight.

The location was great, as we wanted to be close to the mall and Live Casino! The room was clean and we loved the fact that the floor was so quiet despite the fact that we were near the ice machine. Loved that they had Dove products in the bathroom!

The only issues we had were that we were looking forward to having pancakes for breakfast, but the machine was defective on our 2nd day. The shower in our room had extremely low water pressure. So, if we ever stay again we just need to check the water pressure in the bathroom before committing to a room. Front desk should also mention that there is parking in the back of the hotel, as the front got pretty full later in the evening.

Felt safe. Friendly staff and customers. Easy in and out. Away from the noise of the main highway yet easy to get to. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. There was a Bible in the night stand.

Breakfast. Very processed. No whole milk, only egg whites. Not healthy. I’m use to real eggs and milk from a local farm and all pasture raised. The oatmeal was great and had walnuts, cranberries and raisins and honey to add. Light shines in room at night from around edges of door. Can hear people talking in hallway. I would like literature in the room on local restaurants that deliver and places to see, things to do. Also info on the hotel, amenities and check out times. I don’t like having to look everything up on my phone.

I had a delayed flight and had to spend the night at your hotel, I checked in at midnight and had to take shuttle back to airport by 5am. Short stay but all went well and all staff was friendly and helpful considering the time of early morning.

If the evening staff had informed us that they had a free care package so we could have brushed our teeth the next morning before leaving .

Location close to where we was going and plenty of areas to eat. Hotel breakfast was great. Staff was great. Lady at the desk forgot her name but she was very sweet and welcoming

The Dennys that was attached was understaff for a busy weekend we couldn't get settled after our late nite venue and that was the only place open close by. Shower in are room was clogged. Wasn't that big of a deal. They tried unclogging while we were staying went down better after. Over all it happens so not mad.

Chose this hotel as an affordable highly rated option for a music festival in the area. Very pleased with our choice. Clean, friendly staff and great customer service.

Breakfast was just ok, my biscuit wasn't cooked through. Only ate there once during our 3-day stay. NOTE: There's a Denny's right outside (we did not try, but it's an option).

The room was quiet and clean.

The breakfast was familiar, as I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels many times. The items were the same, but the sausages were very fatty, the potatoes were rubbery, and the eggs were a little dry. The breakfast at this site was touted online, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but fell a little short. The cinnamon rolls were delicious as always.

The location is close to BWI Airport and convenient going towards either Baltimore or Washington. A Denny's Restaurant is right next door. Parking is good. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, along with the usual coffee maker and a few toiletries (there was a sign that more were available if something was forgotten). A shopping pantry is next to the front desk with food and other sundries. Breakfast was fine; a lot of military personnel in uniform were in the room. Arundel Mall, with lots of stores and restaurants, is just a few miles away. There is an indoor pool and fitness center.

While convenient to the airport, there are a few twists and turns a driver has to make after exiting the highway to get to the hotel. Other than the Denny's, no other place to eat seemed within walking distance.

The staff there is excellent. So friendly and helpful. I have visited some of the best hotels in the country and their staff could not touch yours. They were excellent. I would stay at the location again just because of the staff.

Facility could really use an renovation and the food was not the best.
