Room size is generous, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Bartenders are great. It would be nice if you had happy hour discount pricing.

the shower water temperature is not hot enough. when i was there memorial day and 4th of july weekends in 2 different rooms, the shower temp was maxed out at too low a temperature. The shower heads are not adjustable and it would be nice if they were. Please install multiple hooks in the bathroom; the single hook on the back of the bathroom door is not enough for 2 guests' bathing suits and multiple bath towels, which I'm sure you prefer not be hung over the balcony railing. Cellular service is weak to non-existent. WiFi is OK but not as strong as I'd like.

This 2as my third stay at Turf Valley Resort. It was good to see some of the upgrades going on from one stay to the next. Some features are still a bit dated, i.e. the lighting fixtures; however, the rooms are clean and comfortable, overall.

Service and meals in the restaurant were mostly exceptional until Saturday morning when there was a complete breakdown in service. Our group of 5 took over half an hour to get their meals. The orders were taken promptly, as always, but then the wait for the food stretched out forever. The meals themselves were simple fruit bowls and toast/muffins. The most complicated was one order of French toast, which the day before had come out in about 5 minutes. Not sure what happened in the kitchen, but something was going on.

We found this hotel by chance as a stop off on route to Baltimore airport. It's a big hotel and lots of people milling around but the rooms are quiet and peaceful, soundproof. Room is enormous and well appointed. Bonus is that you sign a waiver not to make any noise after 10pm. We loved the eating experience, having had many substandard meals on our travel and breakfast had fresh fruit and plenty of of cooked options (no paper plates or plastic cutlery, yayy) which had been our experience in many hotels.

The large rooms, the pool, the on-site bars. At least 3x now we and several couples have booked a room so we can hang out together, use the pool, and relax without having to drive somewhere.

Some of the exterior furniture in the back (near fire pits) was slightly broken (swivel chairs listed to the side. Not all fire pits have worked every time we’ve been there.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Room was nice and spacious, with very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Quiet, relaxing location that's good to just spend some quiet time in.

Parking could have been better; it was difficult to find a parking spot when arriving at the hotel late at night because of the wedding guests. There should have been more guest-only parking spots. Meals can be fairly pricey.

Every meal we had at the restaurant was amazing. The massages were unbelievable and the facials were wonderful. The scenery is incredible. We had the best time, relaxing and taking it all in. We would go back next month if we could afford it.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Great healthy breakfast (not included in the price but totally worth paying for)I loved the omelette and the lady who was making it was very friendly! Also the lady who served us coffee was very accommodating. The indoor pool was my favorite, very warm and cozy.

My suite was large and comfortable.

The television in the suite should be larger. Either an additional tv or a larger tv. It’s hard to enjoy tv because the room is so large and the tv is small.

Everything was wonderful. Great staff and facilities.

Only minor but there was a $3 pantry charge on my bill that I did not make. Did not notice until after we had left. The charge is no biggie but would think as nice a place as this is they would require cash or a room key to make purchases from the pantry. This would avoid mistakes such as this.

Clean, quiet. The only complaint I have is the bed. It is very comfortable but TOO HIGH!!! I am 5’2” and the height of the bed was up to my hips! Very hard to get into bed.
