I absolutely love the seaport location . The Metro is not near, however there is much to do in the area. You can get to the silver line which will connect you to other lines on the metro. The restaurants, the water, museums, shopping- everything is convenient! Check-in and checkout were seamless. Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby for those that drink coffee. If needed, rental cars are nearby. Underground parking was plentiful, although pricey. The hotel is comfortable -it is Marriott quality and consistency, staff = superb

Elevators were not all fully operational during "graduation" weekend. Felt as if I were in a large hotel because of the wait for the elevators, I prefer boutique hotels partly because of this reason. My mother could not regulate the temperature in her room and had to change rooms. She was quickly accomodated. Facilities/ maintenance of property failed during the stay, but everything else was good.

It’s in a good location and the room we were in was sufficiently big. The wardrobe could be bigger though. The front desk staff and cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Our room needs a bit updating especially the bathroom where the wall mirror was badly rooted and chipped. The safe was situated right above the fridge which got very hot and with everything we stored in the safe getting very warm/almost toasty. I could not store my pearl earrings and necklace in the safe, fearing it will damage it. I had to lock it in my case. The gym was good but the pool was very narrow and shallow , only 3.3 ft deep that I couldn’t do laps in it, especially when there kids in it t as well.

The location of the property was lovely if your focus was on the Seaport for Boston. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were the linens, and the towels etc. were wonderful. The wifi was fast, my son loved that he could watch youtube for the short bits we were in the room on the TV instead of his computer. I loved that they used very high quality Aveda products, and that we were told and encouraged to use a required resort cost at any of the restaurants on property as a credit back to the room. We picked up snacks and drinks from the Starbucks, and didn't have to incur any additional costs.

Excellent place for us to stay as it is located right next to where our son lives. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Room clean and comfortable. We had lunch in dining room…excellent! Service was excellent as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a little trouble with the tv. It would freeze and then take a white to turn back on.

Concierge was welcoming and professional, Starbucks is m property is convenient but closed early.

Could have been a better food selection at the restaurant in the lobby… please add more food items and drinks. Better customer service needed among wait staff.. they quietly bickered over who would service the table but we were observing. Not a good look to guest.., The host was very sweet a friendly she was a lady and the manager was very nice as well.

The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a Starbucks onsite was very convenient. The bar was great for food and drinks also. The pool and gym looked wonderful. The location was perfect for us - nice and quiet.

The price of our room was extremely high one night due to a convention being held there.

My stay was unplanned. I got bumped from my flight to Paris very late at night. While my team was obligated to go on, I was left alone to navigate the overnight accommodation while very fatigued. I booked hastily on Booking.com and got to the hotel in about an hour. This caused a bit of a problem for the hotel staff as they had not yet received payment. I just wanted to commend the nighttime manager and staff (2 gentlemen) on 6-30-23, who were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They waived some fees ( I was too tired to process exactly what ,at the time, waived breakfast fee, they even told me to pick out a snack at the snack bar.!! Just very kind human touches that I appreciated. They also allowed me to have a late check out since next flight was going to be later. Just such a blessing.

Everything! It was a nice hotel. The staff was amazing and friendly and so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were great. We had a great view of the harbor. The beds were so comfy.

The only downside was the walls were thin. You could hear the people next door pretty well and I think they were talking fairly normal
