It was one of the best experiences I've had at a U.S. hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of towels. The water station was a great convenience for daily use, and the self-laundry on the second floor was really convenient. The hotel has excellent access to multiple stations, and the area feels both safe and beautiful, with Acorn Street just a short walk away

Since it can get a bit chilly in Boston at night, even in summer, and I personally enjoy taking baths to warm up, it would have been perfect if the room had a bathtub. I ended up showering with hot water for extra minutes and didn’t want to step out of the shower, haha. However, I understand that most American hotels don't offer bathtubs.

Thank you for a great stay! I was in contact with the Wyndham team prior to our arrival, and they went out of their way to welcome us. This was an 18th birthday/grad trip for our son who is a huge Celtics fan. When we arrived at the hotel, we found a Celtics team picture welcoming our son to Boston. Along with it were fun Celtics glasses and a necklace that he wore to the game. The personal touch was amazing! Short walk to downtown. TD Garden is less than 10 minute walk. We even walked to Fenway (a bit over 2 miles) along Newbury Street was a great treat. Overall, fantastic stay!

Can't beat this terrific location for the price. Right across the street from beautiful Beacon Hill neighborhood, with Cheers and Public Garden 10 minutes on other side. 15 minutes walk from the North End. If you run, less than half a mile to bridge to Charles River path. Loved the pub down the street, plus many other restaurants nearby, and next to Whole Foods. 3 short blocks to T station. Nice weight room with lots of weights.

Parking was advertised for $69 per day, if you really want to have a car in downtown Boston.

the location was perfect for what we needed, close to public transportation, restaurants and historical sites as well as a convenient restaurant on site for breakfast . Which by the way, was very good and the service people were very accommodating to my request of no carbs and tomatoes instead. The BEST PART OF OUR STAY WAS,, THAT forgot my wallet in the room and two hours later, when I was about to board my train back home , I realized I did not have it with me. I called the reception immediately and while I was on the cab, they called me back saying that they had it and were keeping it safe. NEEDLESS TO SAY,,, that was a gift!!!! THANK YOU... THANK YOU.

There was no pool...

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back!

The only issue we had was the microwave in our room. It sparked and had a small fire in it when we tried to use it. The hotel manager came up immediately and had it replaced, however the replacement they brought in did not work and the writing on the touch pad were in a different language than English so we couldn’t use it. We were leaving the next day so it was not a big issue.

Location is great, close to Charles and North Station. We have used the metro and also walked a lot so it was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and there is complimentary water bottles and coffee/tea in the room. Ice machine was a nice feature since we were driving down to Philly afterwards and had a cooler.

Shower could be better, low water pressure. We had to pay 50 dollars for an early check in (which is fine considering that we paid around 300 dollars per night). It is expensive for what the hotel offers, but that is the burden of a pricy city like Boston.

Bed very comfortable, good & fast wifi connection, business facility useful for printing off items, handy restaurant and the breakfast food choices, though limited, were excellent and well cooked, and nicely presented; plus hotel is in an excellent location as close to downtown areas. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron & ironing board in room, also a small fridge, this is all very handy for a downtown hotel if staying awhile; also that there was a light level of security at front door with concierge present.

It's an odd thing to say but there was bench right near where you walk into the hotel lobby with stains on it which made me think the hotel was going to be dirty (as it needs to be cleaned) but otherwise the hotel and room was clean.

All comfortable, staff good and helpful, nice to see housekeeping staff in action to prepare rooms. Walking distance to Community Boating, Charles Street and Beacon Hill all good. The parking staff was very helpful. All worked well.

Holes left in the bathroom wall un-repaired. They may have been from shelves that were removed. Water pressure in the shower good, but the volume of water from the shower was very high, almost overwhelmingly so, I wished there was a way to lower the volume.

The room was spacious and well lighted . The breakfast was good, even if if was 'a la carte". There is coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water in the room. The view on Boston is beautifull is your room is on the back of the hotel and is high enough.

The attitude of some of the employees is arogant or cold. On the front of the hotel is a construction in progress - a lot of noise and not a pleasant view, and no one anounced us about it. You have to pay 65 usd/day the parking. There aren t good places to eat nearby. You have to go in the center. The swiming pool is outside and closes at 9 pm.
