We love the Yotel! This might sound strange, but it smells amazing! The property is very clean and the staff is attentive, kind, and helpful. Very welcoming! This was our fourth time staying at the Yotel in Boston!

The only downside to the room is there is no refrigerator. I did request a refrigerator before this visit, but it was super tiny (fit two cans) and didn’t get very cold. We spend time in our room and like cold drinks while relaxing in our room. I wish they would add refrigerators that could hold a six pack of soda and some waters.

The hotel is extremely cool with nice amenities and a great structure. seaport it's clearly the new hotspot in town. A lot of stores close by including trader, Joe's, shake, Shack, CVS and others. Access to public transportation and bike rentals just around the corner. Despite small, the rooms are amazing with great bed pillows and towels. I love how the beds retract during the day so you can easily flow across the room, but then you expand them at night for a comfortable sleep. It's totally My vibe because I don't need a big hotel room. I want to spend the day exploring the city and just go back to sleep.

The location is excellent, with tons of food and drink options nearby. They offer a $5/day credit if you skip housekeeping, which is a nice perk—just remember to ask them to remove the charges at checkout. They also have self check-in kiosks, which are helpful if there’s a long line, but you miss out on basic info like where to find the ice machine or when the restaurant is open. If the front desk line is short, it’s actually faster and more helpful to check in with a person.

The room is extremely small. Fortunately, the adjustable bed helps maximize the limited space; when it’s upright, there’s just enough room to move around. A few downsides worth noting: (1) No mini fridge in the room. (2) No washcloths provided—only hand and bath towels. (3) The soap and shampoo (Urban Jungle brand) smells awful. Overall, it’s functional if you're traveling light, but be prepared for tight quarters and bring your own toiletries if you're sensitive to scents.

The hotel was located in a very upscale up and coming neighbourhood at around 20 minutes by walk to the old city center, for us it was perfect but other people might find it too away from everything

Staff was not specially welcoming, it definitely looked like they have lots of people incoming and more of a business guests so they didn’t go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are very small but we got upgrades to a corner room, I wouldn’t go for the tiniest one

The housekeeping staff was superb. They kept the place super clean and always had smiles on their faces. We also really appreciated the water and ice machine in the hallway. It was nice having cut out spaces for everything in the room. And, the mattresses are super comfortable. We also enjoyed the mood lighting. Super clean gym too. The restaurant employees (Junior, especially) were SUPER friendly and welcoming.

The keys were finicky. It was common talk between other guests in the elevator. I found the front desk folks not too friendly. Many were looking down and not free with smiles. One man was nice. That was my only front desk exchange that I thought was personable. Weird blanket (or is it a third sheet?) situation on the bed.

Very comfortable bed with an incline option, plenty of storage space in the room with an easy to use safe, good size TV, great waterfall shower and overall bathroom area. Great in-house restaurant with plenty of options. Central location with plenty of amenities in the area (Trader Joe's, Shake Shack, Starbucks within the same block). Overall staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage in case you need to check out but want to explore the city. One big thing to mention is that they offer day-rooms, this isn't advertised but should be! For an extra fee, you can have the option to check out at 5pm by asking the hotel front desk or even 7pm through a third-party website. My flight wasn't until 10:30pm, so this made all the difference on my last day.

No fridge in the room. AC is either on full blast or off, plus housekeeping is changing the AC temperature and bed incline so you have to figure it out every time again. Also, towel rack placed behind the toilet is kind of weird?

Excellent location — close to everything in the Seaport area and literally door-to-door with Courthouse Station. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and assisted me with a couple of requests. The room was equipped with a large full-length mirror, a good hair dryer, a clothes iron, and an ironing board. The bathroom was always clean. They did not charge for receiving packages, and the pickup process was very straightforward.

The room was small for the price paid, but I suppose high rates are common across hotels in this beautiful yet expensive city. So not enough room to hang clothes and to keep the luggage. Cleanliness was not always up to standard — I accidentally spilled some sauce on the sheet and noticed it hadn’t been replaced the following day; there was some dust on the desk midway through my stay. The room had only cozy, ambient lighting — suitable for resting, but a brighter lamp would be necessary at times.

Fun robot greeting you at reception and a seamless self check in with staff on hand incase of issues. Very comfy bed that could become a sofa and look out the windows. Large clean shower room. Nice lighting options. Lifts were great and efficient

I thought we had booked a corner room, there were only windows on one side. Not a massive issue, but was slightly confused. Bluetooth systems in the room would connect but would not play any media from connected device (Apple Music, YouTube sound etc) The self closing and opening blinds (which were excellent btw to operate from the bed) sadly let LOTS of light into the room causing an early wake up.

Great safe location in walking distance to transport links at South Station and main downtown area wasnt much further to walk. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff from the moment I left my bags on the first morning, to the moment I checked out. (Security and bar staff were super friendly too). I got upgraded to a queen corner room that in my opinion was good value for money in Boston in that location. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfy and it was the perfect size for me as a solo traveller. Loved the purple lighting too! The shower was great also and the toiletries smelled nice. The hotel itself is really modern and clean and the bar had a decent selection.

Everything was great however there was sadly no tea or coffee facilities in the room - though the downstairs bar did serve coffee at a cost and water was available to buy in a fridge near the bar too. Did not like having to keep the blinds down on the bathroom window to keep some privacy as the toilet was right next to the window.
