Great location, a short walk to the center, a very modern hotel. The check-in process was easy, the hotel staff was polite. The bed was huge and comfortable, bathroom decent. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout, free of charge. They also offer the possibility of a late checkout, but for a fee.

The room itself was big enough, but the area around the bed is a little tight. Also the bathroom has no proper door, it has a curtain and a door that kept opening. As a couple we managed, but maybe if you are going with a friend or similar it's worth noting about the bathroom privacy.

The staff were super lovely. I've been here a few times but everyone was particularly friendly and helpful this time, I also got a sweet handwritten card on my door welcoming me back, which was a really nice touch. The room was spotless and spacious.

As ever, the self check in process didn't work for me. This seems to happen every time and I only try it when reception is busy, but it always ends up wasting more time. Also the key cards are very tricky to get the elevator working, it's extremely sensitive and you have to hold it just the right way for the right amount of time which can be annoying when people are waiting on you.

Modern, comfortable and really well located. Honestly, one of the coolest places I've ever stayed on. The room is small, but very comfy and high tech - which I liked. The view is great and the rain shower is amazing. I was ready to move in! Deck 12 (rooftop bar) has gorgeous views and the food was really good (got the short rib sandwich, both me and my husband liked very much).

We had a hard time with the cards in the elevator and to unlock the doors - I saw other guests having the same issues. One other thing is the noise of the AC. It gave us a few scares, nothing major but a bit annoying.

Location is great! It’s clean, it’s stylish. I liked the futuristic decor. I liked that windows are openable so I can get fresh air any time.

The size of the room. When the bed was in the sleeping mode, there was almost no space between the bed and the TV wall. My husband slept at the left side so for him it was okay, but for me in order to get up, I had to climb over my husband, which is not good especially when you need to go to toilet during the night. Also the toilet door doesn’t close. I am not even talking about locking it, it’s hard to just keep it closed. And even when it’s closed, there is no sound privacy. So you need to be very close with the person you are staying there with.

This hotel was perfect. The rooms are compact and small but really clean and had everything I need. I was going to share the room with a friend, but she couldn't make it, so it was perfect for me. They even brought me a hot pot for water and a microwave. They also gave me a refrigerator that would barely hold 1 cans, but they did offer to store anything that wouldn't fit. Another nice thing, they gave me $5 daily credit when I didn't get maid service, which I don't really need every day. That ended up paying for a nice breakfast at the hotel. Another perk. It's right next door to the Silver line which is the train to the airport and Trader Joe's is right next door. It's walking distance to everything. Boston is expensive, but this hotel was fair priced and i was very pleased with it. Highly recommend

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. The room is small, but really I don't need anything bigger.

Location is perfect. Walk to everything a visitor might want to see. Very close to excellent restaurants, the waterfront and public transportation. Next door to many of these services. Safe, high end area. The staff was outstanding, rooms very clean, modern and very efficiently designed rooms. On property restaurants were a plus as well. Great for visitors who do not need to stay in room all day.

Improved lighting in the room. Maybe a desk area. If you need mobility space or room to move around this is not the ideal choice but it worked for us because we were out most of the time. Guests should be informed the rooms are small but efficient.

room was super clean and modern. the adjustable bed was a massive highlight and super comfy. so nice to get back to after a long day sightseeing. bathroom was good size and really clean. staff were helpful and gave good recommendations. area is safe and busy. would stay again!

the rooms are super small. we could not leave suitcases on their side anywhere and not enough space to unpack and put clothes in any cupboard or anything. however we did know this from previous reviews and the place was so central and cheaper than anywhere else that we decided we could put up with it for 3 days. if you need space maybe not for you!

I loved the bed! It was super-comfortable and the first hotel bed I've seen that was adjustable, which was a huge plus since I have an adjustable bed at home. The vibe of the room and the hotel were "cool" too. Dinner at Vela was awesome, too!

I think my childhood bedroom was larger--with the bathroom area included! I had a large suitcase that was a little difficult getting into and out of the room because of the compact space. HOWEVER, I loved being able to comfortably watch TV from the comfy adjustable bed and then lower it and turn off the TV and lights when I was ready to sleep. It felt cozy and that was just fine. I also didn't like that a coffee maker wasn't included, but I brought my own coffee and filter drip system because I HAVE to have coffee first thing in the morning. I am very happy with my stay here and hope to come back again!

The hotel is situated opposite a bus station which dropped us straight there from the airport and was within reasonable walking distance of many of the tourist sites. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our corner room on the 6th floor was very small with a reclining bed. When the bed was fully open, there was virtually no room to walk past it, but the bed had fresh, clean linen and was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower and was very clean. Unfortunately, the sliding (and almost see-through) door did not want to stay shut! The restaurant food was not wonderful and, in my opinion, was vastly overpriced. We bought food for breakfast from Trader Joe's, a supermarket just behind the hotel. All hotels in central Boston seemed to be incredibly expensive, so on that scale I would say that Yotel was fairly reasonable and I would stay there again.

The rooms are very small. The restaurant and bar are very expensive. There is no parking at the hotel, so if you are hiring a car, don't pick it up at the airport, wait until you are ready to move on.

Location is excellent. Right in the heart of Seaport. With Traders Joe’s next door, and Trillium. Not far from the what’s and an easy walk into downtown And the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. Bathroom (whilst small) was very well designed. And room was light and comfortable. Gym was excellent with box-fresh trip

Bedrooms are tiny with very little storage which means they get messy and your clothes are everywhere. (Tip store suitcase with clothes under the bed. The air conditioning is very very loud so bring ear plugs or bake. When we checked in they couldn’t find our booking - because my name was logged incorrectly - annoying after a long haul flight and having paid in advance. It took 15mins to resolve. When you check out there is no bill and it takes up to a week (five working days) to get your deposit of £400 back 🤔
