Very comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of this pretty little town. The historic center is just a few minutes away. Accommodation is in the main building and a nearby purpose-built "cottage". Easy parking near to all rooms. Our room was spacious and very clean. Hotel has an attached restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, but there are lots of other good eating places in town. There is also a great little coffee shop right across the street.

Location, decor. But our room was in the other building across the parking lot, there was no signs to let us know it was the 2nd building down.

There was lack of visibility signs to let us know our room was in the other building. There was lots of dust on the legs of the table (rm235). And there is a part of the coffee machine missing😔. Water pressure lacked too.

I love the place and will come back - for the pool, the firepit, the comfy beds, the main street of Falmouth in two minutes! Thank you!

The walls are a little thin - I was worried I could wake up the kids in the next room, whom I heard too

Location and parking was excellent for our stop off for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard and our onward journey to P Town, very good indoor pool, the receptionist was incredibly helpful explaining local restaurants with a good recommendation.

A little dated with the rooms and bathrooms needing a 21st century makeover

Perfectly situated for an early morning ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Clean & comfortable. Felt safe walking to our car at night & in the wee hours of the morning, although the parking lot could have been better lit. Parking was adjacent & free.

We were there to attend services for a family member and it was easy, comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Front desk entrance wasn't clearly marked...a visible sign outside would be my only suggestion.

Great room and excellent location

Check in seemed a little disorganised. There was a small queue and another couple had apparently been waiting for a significant period of time

Location was excellent, within walking distance to shops. The room was large, clean, and quiet.

The breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel was ok, at best.

The outdoor firepit area was nice. Room was comfortable. Ferry to Martha Vineyard was within walking distance

We waited a long time for service at the restaurant during breakfast time, however everything else went smoothly

The desk staff was very polite and the rooms were clean. The location is also fantastic as it's close to the bus stop and main street.

The coffee machine was dirty.
