We had an amazing stay at The Village in the Berkshires! The hotel itself is wonderful — our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The property offers so much for families, with a variety of outdoor amenities to enjoy. The kids had a blast at the arcade, and we loved the theater that shows free movies at 1 PM and 7 PM daily. It’s a perfect touch for a relaxing afternoon or evening. We also visited Clapp Park, which was a highlight of the trip. The kids had an unforgettable time snow tubing — and the best part? It was completely free! The park also offers sleds and tubes for visitors to use, making it a great place to spend the day outdoors without any extra cost. Overall, The Village in the Berkshires is a fantastic spot for families. From the cozy hotel to the amazing outdoor activities, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway!

We stayed in 2 different units during our week here. The smaller one was fine, but we loved the extra space of upgraded unit. Both were extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchens had all the basic necessities to make meals in. Proximity to Jiminy Peak for skiing was perfect. Room blocking is thoughtfully designed for skiers. Didn't spend a ton of time in the pool area, but the kids utilized it one day and enjoyed it. This is primarily a timeshare property, so more complex reservation issues have to go through the management office and not the front desk. Took many repeated calls to reach someone during a peak holiday week. However, the front desk was super helpful with little details during our stay. The text communication option was useful, they helped us find missing items, and were responsive with questions. Can't wait to come back.

Would be lovely for the management office to have more staff answering phones during peak holiday weeks - took forever to reach someone to coordinate extending our stay. But understandable due to the timing.

It was very close to Jiminy Peak mountain. The pool was warm and comfortable. They are a nice lounge chair surrounding the pool . The hot tub was great. There was a game room, but we didn’t use it. We saw kids in the game room and they looked to be having a good time.

The mattress on the pull out sofa was terrible. It’s sagged and you could feel the bar. We asked if there were any rooms with a second real bed instead of having our teen sleep in the pull out couch, but unfortunately, all rooms at this resort are just one queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. So the front desk staff ended up bringing us an extra mattress at around 11:30 at night. It was a good mattress and we put it on top of the sagging mattress. All was OK.

I recently stayed at Vacation Village in the Berkshires and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The resort offers a wonderful array of amenities that cater to every type of guest. Both the outdoor and indoor pools are fantastic for a swim or relaxation, regardless of the season. For entertainment, there’s a cozy arcade, a pool table, and a racquetball court, ensuring plenty of activities for everyone. One of the highlights of the resort is the theater room, which features scheduled movies—a perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. The accommodations are equally impressive, with spacious rooms that include a hot tub and a fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy some home comforts during your stay. Additionally, the resort’s proximity to Jiminy Peak Mountain Adventure adds a thrilling outdoor element to the visit, with a variety of activities to enjoy nearby. Overall, Vacation Village in the Berkshires combines comfort, entertainment, and convenience in a way that makes it a top-notch choice for a memorable vacation.

An absolute find in the Berkshires! A lovely, quiet holiday village on top of a hill/mountain with lovely views and everything well managed. Free laundry facilities in each floor/house, lovely big apartment with a proper kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The bathroom was massive and immaculate and comes with a jacuzzi. The little patio was great, especially as we were facing the woods, not the car park. Great amenities on site, heated pool, barbecue areas, indoor pool and a games room. Great coffee in lounge. Perfect little family holiday.

There was nothing not to like.

Pool, hot tub, right across from Jiminy Peak which is great. Clean facilities all around and friendly staff. Very good for families. Helped everyone dig out of the snow quickly so we could leave in the morning.

Could have used some shampoo and conditioner in the room (they had soap). Some areas of the facility and room could use fixing up, but nothing to really complain about. Overall this place has been a gem for us and meeting up with friends.

I went to the property to ask help with booking 2 adjacent rooms. I was told that I could not book a reservation at the resort, it had to be done online. I was told to book 2 rooms separate rooms and the resort would adjoin them for me. When I got there to check in, I was to told by a different staff member that I did it wrong. The reservation had to be cancelled and rebooted at a more expensive rate.

Loved the pools ,hot tub, grills ,fire pit.views balcony.Kitchenette was convenient.

Could use an update on some of the furniture and decor throughout.pullout couch bed mattress was awful.very squeaky, very, thin mattress!Extremely uncomfortable! You can feel the bar underneath .It would be nice if there was a store and restaurant on property.everything is about 20 min or more to drive.

We really liked the vacation village. The apartment was a one-bed but spacious and clean. The bathroom huge! The main building has a very nice indoor pool. We were there in the fall so the outdoor pool was closed but it looks nice too. The setting was on a hill. We stayed in the second lowest building and had a nice view of the fall colours from our windows and balcony. Even though the weather was wet we enjoyed our stay. You need a car to get there and explore the area. Mount Greylock and the wonderful Clark Institute art gallery in Williamstown are both within easy reach with a car. The free laundry facilities located in each block was a huge bonus though a drying rack in the apartment would have been good. In principle it was good to find there was EV charging available though in practice it wasn't working when we were there but we were able to charge at Club Wyndham (for free!) and at the Country store (both 1 mile walk).

We suggest a drying rack in the apartment to dry swimming things and washing that can't be put in the dryer. There was plenty of space in our bathroom! Would be good to have EV charging working and able to take international credit cards. Your staff sent us to a nearby resort and they had free charging which was a bonus but we would prefer not to have had to walk 1 mile each way so we could leave the car for a few hours.

The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and professional. The room and properties were so well maintained. Having a room equipped with the efficiency kitchen was perfect for our short stay, there was no need for us running about in search of a quick bite!

Honestly, no complaints really. The only hiccup was the shower door being off the track. My sister called the front desk to report it to make them aware. They said they would send someone down but we were almost ready to check out.
