The rooms were clean, mattresses comfortable. Much of the motel is an old motor in, refreshed a few years ago. It's situated slightly awkwardly just after a rotary, but Google will get you there. Close to downtown Northampton, and easy access to the bridge to Amherst, where our obligations were. Breakfast was solid.

Pool was out of commission, but they let us know (and we couldn't have used it anyway this time) Did not try (nor see) the fitness facilities. Not a fan of the pouring rain for days ;)

The location convenient. Within walking distance from the train station and many of the town’s sites. The room was nice

Although my reservation said until 11am, I felt somewhat rushed out of my room by the cleaning staff on my final day. It was maybe 10-10:30 am and they were already lingering outside my room/looking in the window etc.. I made me uncomfortable.

Easy to check in, great location close to downtown Northampton. Good options for breakfast and reasonable pricing! Staff were very kind & friendly throughout our stay.

Other guests were smoking right outside of our room making it difficult to enter/exit without smelling the smoke.

This is a budget motel and you can't expect a Ritz-Carlton experience. But it was in walking distance of Northampton center where there are a lot of nice restaurants, the room was good sized, neat, and quiet, and the breakfast was enough to knock the crust out of your eyes in the morning. That's what I was looking for.

The building with the workout room is pretty damp due to the pool.

The place was clean in a area where we could get to what we needed. Loved the breakfast. Thought the button that turns the light on ON the mirror was pretty cool.

It was quiet. I decided to stay an extra day, and it was not problem.

Parking spaces were a little narrow for a large pick up truck.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! Front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast staff were fantastic. They all went above and beyond to accomodate our needs.

Noise in room 209 location . From9pm till morning there was a constant humming noise and at times got louder like a generator starting up. It had nothing to do with the HVAC in the room

The aircon did not work and the wall device had to be replaced. A thermostat was alsonstalled. A leak in the bathroom was fixed
