I liked the location, facilities including the gym and games room and free laundry for guests. My bed was super comfortable - thank you! I LOVED the smell in the foyer, public areas.

The staff were very lovely, but sometimes not as helpful as I would have liked. As someone unfamiliar with Cambridge and indeed the US, I found the responses to my questions weren't fully answered.

The staff was super friendly. I like that a steamer is provided in the room, and that they have real coffee cups in the room too. They also have a free washer/dryer which was very helpful. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in my queen bedroom suite. The shower is a nice walk-in and even has a bar to support your foot when shaving your legs.

No robes or slippers. I know their other properties have bathrobes so those would be a nice addition. They have a water dispenser in the lobby which is nice, but it would be even better if they had the kind that had a sparkling water option.

The staff in charge of booking constantly kept confusing our check out dates and payments.It happened 3 times and it was very annoying to be locked out of the room before our check-out dates.They should improve their communication and consider system upgrade. The washing machine also broke down and we could not do our laundry.

Beds were very comfortable & size of room was very good for price. Nice bathroom. Loved the gourmet tea & locally roasted coffee available each morning.

Very clean and well-appointed. Staff was helpful. Complementary coffee & tea in the morning, but no included breakfast. There’s a nice restaurant attached to the hotel but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Quite pricey likely due to our stay coinciding with Easter and Boston marathon weekend. Including parking + pet fee we spent ~$2,000.00 for 3 nights. Would be great if they had a small dog walk, as there are no good areas outside of the building for immediate pet relief.

We loved the location as it was close to good restaurants and walkable to the Harvard area, Porter Square, and Bow Street market. Also nearby are Walgreen's and Target. The rooms and toilets were spacious, beds and pillows were very comfortable. A big plus for the free DIY laundry service. The staff members were always accommodating and helpful, especially the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was no breakfast option available. The rooms were sometimes not cleaned thoroughly.

The location was great for us as my daughter lives a few minutes away on Beacon Street. We enjoyed having dinner with some friends at Josephine during our stay. The room was modern, clean and well designed - good hanging space, in-room safe, refrigerator. The beds were super comfortable! Valet service was mandatory but very efficient and safe space to leave big bags stored in car overnight. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The hotel is very modern, the room was clean and spacious . We had an excellent dinner at the adjacent restaurant there. In the morning, they offer coffee downstairs, as well as coffee machine in the room. The walk to Harvard is 20 minutes. MIT and Tufts is a close drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there .

To park a car overnight you pay $33 , to eat at the restaurant parking is $15.

We did not have breakfast; we had brunch after we were offered an early check in. Front office staff were very helpful in securing us a taxi when needed. Most of our travels were via walking. The location is very central to most venues. The lobby was decorated very nice and simple with holiday decorations. The complimentary USA Today papers and afternoon hot chocolate is a very nice touch.

The wait staff should communicate to the patrons about portion sizes on certain menu items; Chicken Ceasar salad could feed almost 3 people.
