Breakfast was limited but good. Location is a little far out of the town if you don’t have a car. No taxis or Uber in town. Dial A Ride is available during the week. Staff was very helpful even posting something on FaceBook to help get us a ride from the airport.

Breakfast could have a few more choices.

Property was clean. Mostly updated

Booking.com has the King deluxe suite with a spa tub… it does NOT. Paid extra for a spa room and didn’t get one. Not the property’s fault but wasn’t very helpful

Cleanliness and cost and comfort

To me its not a big deal, but my wife said something about people smoking outside the entry and it was blowing back inside the entry way

I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. I’ll be in the Ionia area very frequently and will definitely be staying here again.

Though a little dated, the room was clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning was rather loud when we walked in the room and seemed to struggle cooling the room. Enough so we were contemplating asking for a different room. I took a look at it, and found the filter has probably never been changed. I cleaned the filter in the bathroom and voila, no more loud a/c and it was cooling the room much better.

It was great. We liked the jacuzzi.

We needed maid services. And was told that it away not available in the weekends. We thought that was odd

Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Staff was awesome. They allowed dogs, place was clean.

TV wouldn't turn off. Room was freezing when I walked in.

Price was great, room was clean, the fruit cups in the refrigerated case were wonderful!

Light needed at the desk, the room lighting was dark, but really does not matter if you are sleeping anyway! Lol

The staff were welcoming, helpful, professional.
