Breakfast exceeded expectations, compared to other value hotels. Hot, varied, delicious, and served with friendliness and love by Patsy, the wonderful warm cook that comes out to greet you and makes sure you have what you want.

Had half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Maid forgot to refresh. We had to ask desk and come down to front to retrieve some t.p. because front desk person was on her own. No big deal. We know that everyone is trying to save money and 'guests' feel entitled to swipe anything that isn't tied down. Mistakes happen.

Staff was very accommodating for after hours. We came back from wedding to hang out and were being a bit loud. The on shift gentleman asked us to shift over into the meeting room to continue our hang out. Could have easily said go to your rooms or such but went a little extra. I believe his name was Matt.

I did not have the breakfast, but was told by my fiancé that it was good. The room was a nice size, and it was very clean.

Our 2 night stay was exceptional. We were in town for a wedding. The wedding party (6 total), us and others attending the wedding all said their rooms were nice.

The hotel was so nice! We had daily room service. A bathroom that was roomy. They had a coin operated laundry machine which was nice. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel and kept neat and tidy.

The toilet was a little low for those of us that have had knee surgeries. I also enjoy a harder bed but I am sure it is okay for most people. The other thing I didn't see was the tables getting cleaned between guests or at least every half hour. But with that being said they did an awesome job and I would highly recommend staying there!

Clean,friendly service, we let at 7am and they had all the hot breakfast foods made early so we could eat before we let on Saturday morning

Very friendly staff at front desk. Rooms was very spacious great location.

Unfortunately we asked for housekeeping to provide us wirh fresh towels and maybe to vacuum an take the garbage out. We did receive fresh towels wirh a cute note however room was left the same. That was the only drawback

Very clean, staff were great with all your needs and the complimentary breakfast was overlooked by Patsy who made sure that you did not miss out on anything. Location was great for our needs.

Two problems the room smelled like a dirty dog and the traffic noise from the highway

Best hotel we stayed during our 3 weeks roadtrip. Very friendly lady at check-inn. Rooms are really clean, breakfast was nice with good selection. They have a pancake machine. Bathing products are from Dove. In the middle of town, near restaurants and Walmart. Nice area to drive throught with nature and farms. We did a great tubing tour in Hastings, highly recommend.
