Staff was very accommodating for after hours. We came back from wedding to hang out and were being a bit loud. The on shift gentleman asked us to shift over into the meeting room to continue our hang out. Could have easily said go to your rooms or such but went a little extra. I believe his name was Matt.

No issues with property

The hotel was so nice! We had daily room service. A bathroom that was roomy. They had a coin operated laundry machine which was nice. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel and kept neat and tidy.

The toilet was a little low for those of us that have had knee surgeries. I also enjoy a harder bed but I am sure it is okay for most people. The other thing I didn't see was the tables getting cleaned between guests or at least every half hour. But with that being said they did an awesome job and I would highly recommend staying there!

I did not have the breakfast, but was told by my fiancé that it was good. The room was a nice size, and it was very clean.

Our 2 night stay was exceptional. We were in town for a wedding. The wedding party (6 total), us and others attending the wedding all said their rooms were nice.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Rooms was very spacious great location.

Unfortunately we asked for housekeeping to provide us wirh fresh towels and maybe to vacuum an take the garbage out. We did receive fresh towels wirh a cute note however room was left the same. That was the only drawback

Very clean, staff were great with all your needs and the complimentary breakfast was overlooked by Patsy who made sure that you did not miss out on anything. Location was great for our needs.

Love the little town of Hastings, MI! We were there for my daughter's regionals gymnastics competition and did not want to stay in the city, so I chose to stay in Hastings, and am SO glad we did. This Holiday Inn was very clean, quiet, the room was big, and had a ton of options for breakfast. The kids loved the pool, and the deck was as clean as could be expected. We slept great, I really dont have any complaints. The staff even wished my daughter good luck on our way out.

Best hotel we stayed during our 3 weeks roadtrip. Very friendly lady at check-inn. Rooms are really clean, breakfast was nice with good selection. They have a pancake machine. Bathing products are from Dove. In the middle of town, near restaurants and Walmart. Nice area to drive throught with nature and farms. We did a great tubing tour in Hastings, highly recommend.

The salt water pool is wonderful, warm and clean and fresh, no pool chemical smell when you arrive at the hotel. I felt like my rooms had been prepared just for our arrival. They were adjoining so great for us and other guests as we weren't back and forth with heavy closing doors, across from the pool, better than I expected. The breakfast area was clean and spacious, with a great selection of warm and cold options, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and much more. Beds and pillows were great, bathrooms were clean and it felt like the staff took pride in their jobs. The property is well cared for, there is shopping nearby, restaurants from fast food to fit for celebration and shops to explore. We'll be back!
