The lady at the desk that checked us in went beyond just checking us in. Her personality and attitude was point on. We received a small thank you for staying there ( gift bag with snacks and we got to pick 2 bottles of pop out of there lobby cooler). also she gave us her recommendations on shopping locations that we asked for.

they are an echo friendly motel. that is fine. but the way the lights work with a hotel key card doesn't stay on very long. ( 5 min. at a time) before u need to reinsert the card and the toilet paper location.

Excellent breakfast and room for eating it. The beds were comfy. Liked the outdoor fire area. Also like how close it was to the airport and availability of a shuttle.

Our room was a little small for the two of us. Next time I will try for a bigger one that was available.

Breakfast was good, clean and check in was easy. Modern feel and layout was good. The staff was helpful and courteous. I liked the snack area. This requirement of how many words the review needs to be is very annoying!

The pool area had no hot tub and the room was small and very loud because the sound bounces off the walls. No towels were available either at the pool. The room was modern but not functional. The bed was too hard.

We love the kitchenette and that it was fully stocked. The rooms are decent sized.

The shower floor was slippery. The shower Boarder wasn’t long enough the glass so water did sleep out. The bathroom light was very annoying at 3 o’clock in the morning. It was too slow to go off. It was motion sensor.

It had the kitchenette which was perfect for what me and my family needed for our trip so we didn’t have to eat out somewhere every night for dinner.

Overall everything was great. Just didn’t have any extra pillows and the toilet paper dispenser was falling off.

The location was nice and the breakfast. My room where they keep The iron and hangers that area was locked, so I couldn't use the iron or ironing board. It was strange being locked because that should always be in use...but everything else was good.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Facilities clean and comfortable.

The whole lighting system in our room didn’t function well. Bathroom lights kept going on and off. You were supposed to put a key in a slot and that would help the room to function. Never did understand how it worked. Very frustrating.

Trevor at the front desk was phenomenal! He greeted us with a smile and cheery disposition both when we checked in and checked out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The continental breakfast was one of the best, and even the shuttle to the airport at 6;15am was pleasant! Really enjoyed our stay and it will be our go to place when flying out of GR.

Very convenient to airport. The rooms are set up nicely in terms of layout and what’s offered (loveseat, kitchenette, roomy bathroom).

The microwave in my room didn’t work. A major disappointment at 4:00 am as I attempted to make my oatmeal pre- 5:30 am flight.

Clean room, comfortable bed, staff was great!

The coffee was weak and awful. The windows must be cheap, as the traffic noise from outside is loud in the room all night.
