Front End staff were friendly, accommodating, pleasant. Scrambled Eggs were hot. Coffee was excellent. Coffee syrup flavors were nice. Room location was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Towels were super soft. Loved the area with bar like effect. Location is perfect to downtown.

Breakfast: Hash browns were luke warm. Could have been hotter and crispier. Juice variety was limited. OJ/Apple juice. Water should be provided in dining area vs in lobby by Pool sign in. Jacuzzi: It should be treated earlier so to be available for use at 9am.

The breakfast was fine. The location was good from my perspective, close to the interchange of major roadways. The facility is new and clean. The purpose for my stay was a stop in transit and the hotel was fully satisfactory.

Like many hotels it is built on a relatively small lot. We are often using these hotels while driving a pickup towing a 20’ trailer, thus needing a minimum of 4 parking spaces. It was OK on the date I stayed because we arrived early evening and the hotel was not full. When I choose hotels I look at the photos to try to determine parking constraints. Once in a while a hotel is direct about its capacity to park larger vehicles, but I do wish details about parking capacity were published with other amenity info. In this instance I attempted to communicate twice with the property without success about parking. In the end I just hoped it would work out and it did.

Breakfast should have option for people who are vegetarian or vegan. Good to have a hot drink station all the time; and also a water station ... well done

The halloween decoration is an offend to Christians who stay at your hotel. It is was over done. If you were to have it .. place it outside the building, not in the reception, lobby, dinning and the elevator button. It is bad taste for people who have contradicting belief with this. You may think it is just commercial season; but it is not pleasant to have this around.

We stayed as a family of 3 with my son an husband both very picky eaters. Let me just say breakfast was phenomenal from the flavor to the options my aon and husband loved it. Plus the 2 workers we met 1 day was a man 1 day was a lady both super friendly and helpful. Also the coffee, tea, hit chocolate station is amazing and at your service all day and night.

We loved everything. From our room to the pool to breakfast everything was great. We will definitely be back as soon as there is a next vacation.

Got there, and the staff upgraded us to suite for more room. They had hot coffee and tea on standby. We had trouble figuring out the TV, but they came right up and showed us how it worked. So nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the pool and hot tub were working. Would definitely recommend this hotel again, and we will be back!

Breakfast was delicious, the girl who attended it - very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk young woman told us about the amenities, everything was beyond our expectations! When we will travel to Concord we will surely stay at the Best Western!

The King room i purchased was clean and very well appointed. Having a separate seating area with desk and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink was awesome. Staff were extremely nice and respectful.

My neighbors upstairs were very loud, like they were walking around on stilts. I almost called the desk about it.

We love that it is close to everything. It has friendly staff and clean environment. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub many times and there were many delicious breakfast choices. Overall, we had a lovely stay at BW!

We found strands of hair on the towels. That could use some improvement.

Professional staff, breakfast and people who prepared it, pool availability, and cleanliness even though a bit old :), room set up, and location.

Thicker and/or newer towels pls and maybe consider a new hot tub w safer entry steps.

The personell was friendly and when needed, very helpful with information!

There was no card or sign in the bathroom reminding one that if you want new towels, place the old ones on the floor so that the house cleaning personell knows. I was only going to be in the room three nights, so I certainly needed no new towels. I left the two I was using up on the poles and by the time I came back from breakfast I had new towels none the less. Also a bar of soap that I had just started using was gone and a new one in its place! I´m sorry, but what a waste! I just think that we can be more sensitive in dealing with the resources we have and that it is possible in many simple ways.
