Great location, and outstanding staff. Great gym facility and perfect location for the lounge and pool table area. Some of the best food and shopping centers within less than 2 blocks away is very convenient. The nearest train stop is 2 blocks away, and literally the next stop over the bridge.

During my stay i got locked out of my room due to the battery for the key entrance died. They upgraded the lock system a week prior; but i noticed that staff woundnt be able to access the room incase of an emergency unless it via tapping an electronic key. I was immediately accommodated with a temporary room for the night.

The staff was professional, and very courteous. The amenities were very nice. The location was convenient to transportation, shops, and entertainment.

The hotel was more of a sport's fans vibe, which is not something I needed for this trip. The bathroom was a bit dark for my taste, there were only soft pillows, and I'm used to the option of a soft , and firm set. The refrigerator was underneath the sink on the floor. I wish that the shelves were made to accommodate for the refrigerator to fit there instead.

GREAT location and staff. Easy valet process. Glad it had a mini fridge, and was easy to walk to 2 metro locations. Also loved the park outside, so I could take my dog

The water from the sink tasted like butt. We had to clean it ourselves, and it had yellow and pink build up. It still smelled and tasted bad after we cleaned it. I really did not look forward to brushing my teeth. Also, the cleaning staff only came around early in the morning, and even if we moved our dnd sign inside when we left at 10am, they never came back around. I had to ask the front desk for cleaning service, and they had to contact the staff multiple times. I’m sure they were busy, and the staff was super nice! But it was sad running out of towels and having dirty sheets for 2 weeks.

The location is awesome! There are plenty of eateries, supermarkets, and shopping such as (Sweet Greens, Target, Trader Joe's, and Old Navy) to name some of many, and are within a very short walking distance. The room was comfy and had great views. There was also a mini park across the street with benches, tables, and chairs.

We could have used an extra chair in the room and more space to hang clothes.

Location was fantastic. The room was comfortable enough for 4 adults to share.

A closet/cupboard or some drawers in the room would be helpful. Also despite booking the room for 4 adults, towels for only 3 people were provided. And everytime the room was cleaned they replaced only 3 sets!

The location and the clean, bright, modern and spacious rooms!

Over booked on the night we checked in. They made us a wait about 45 minutes while they wrote a letter to the Sheraton so we could get a room there. They said we would not be charged anything extra as the 2 hotels operated as one. The next morning I saw 2 damage deposit withdrawals on my credit card! Had to speak to them to get charge refunded.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel.. it was minutes from shopping plaza and clothing stores and restaurants.

I wish the room had microwave.. cause once you got in your room your meal might cold but I didn’t want to go back down to the lobby. Because I did come to NY for work I worked a lot in my room and chair at the desk was not a office chair very uncomfortable. But I had no choice but to make it work .

I had a very nice room with plenty of space. Also the bathroom was spacious and clean. On a few minutes walking from the hotel, you can find a subway. In 15-20 minutes you're in Manhattan. Staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It's a little pricy but prices in New York are generally high. The comfortable stay and location compensated that.

Funky fun decor. I like that there were games and kitchen amenities for guests in the lobby (microwave to reheat food).

Online it says complimentary continental breakfast. But was not given the ticket when checking in. In the morning I was told items were available for purchase. Then after discussing, I was given a ticket. Small issue but fixed.

Room was clean. The hall had a weird smell but acceptable. Staff were incredibly nice with always a smile.

The heater was weak making the whole stay just “acceptable”. Had to wear at least a light padded jacket despite being in the room with the heater set to high. I’d imagine a bit warmer room temperature. One of the motorized shade didn’t work, so I had a window fully exposed during the stay.
