Nice big rooms in the suite, kitchen

I don’t think we really had any control over the heat in the room. The thermostat was turned down to 60 and the room was steaming hot. It was 12 degrees outside and we had to open 3 windows to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Would have been nice to have 1 more comfortable chair other than the couch. And maybe a coffee table in front of the couch.

Absolutely beautiful facility staff checking in was so friendly and knowledgeable. Jake up was amazing! Going on the elevator we met two women who is just so lovely… the room it’s self was so clean and I would 100% go back again

The food was wonderful however, it took forever for the food. I don’t know why it took almost 45 minutes to get our entrée and it wasn’t that crowded, but it was so great being with the family so that would never determine going again because the food was absolutely fantastic!! My nieces have celiac disease What I didn’t like about the property I can’t say the property it was the charge of the wine. My sister and I got a 9 ounce glass one of Pinot Grigio one of Pinot noir it came to $38. I could not believe it I gave 44 so technically across $22 for a glass of wine for a regular house of glass of wine. Whatever you served at the bar that to me is obnoxious and not right. and the gluten free menu. What is everything! I cannot wait to come back.

We ate at Carver’s Steakhouse inside the restaurant and while the food was excellent, the service was very slow. We ordered an appetizer that hadn’t arrived after 45 minutes - our waitress was friendly but I think she was one or two working. I’m not sure where the short-staffed area of the restaurant was but many tables around us were also waiting an hour for their appetizers and then another 40 minutes for main meals.

The outdoor activities are amazing here, architecture is beautiful 🤩. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Fast check in. They worked with us arriving early. I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be coming back to stay.

Wish there was a free continental breakfast but other than that the stay was nice.

Absolutely, loved our stay. The indoor water park, at first did not excite me, however, once i realized i could enter the outdoor pool from the inside of the Hotel, created me to want to go in. The Carver's restaurant was very delicious. Also, the ability to use an app to order food, from another restaurant right to your Hotel was a nice touch in the event you are there on a day that Carver's is closed. Great place and will definitely be back. We stayed at this Hotel due to a concert in Homer, NY at their performance center. Concert was about 15 minutes away. I wouldn't rely on uber or lyft to get to the concert, however, they do provide a phone number for a taxi service; but call during the day to schedule your pick up, don't wait until the last minute as you probably won't be able to get picked up.

The generator was able to be heard from our bedroom. The first night it was a little rough, but we got used to it. Annoying, but not a reason i wouldn't stay at the Hotel again.

It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s starting to show its age though. The pullout bed was uncomfortable, the kitchen had dirty dishes and food left from previous guests, and the furnishings were mismatched.

Very spacious and clean

The hours of the water park were terrible. Check-in was 3-4 and the park closes at 4 but you can pay $33 for two hours from 4-6. Disappointed kids. Park then doesn’t open until 12 noon. Not great for an overnight guest.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was amazing. It was nice having our own bathrooms and our own space. The pool was heated. There was a game room and a gym.

We loved everything , however, do your research on what restaurants are open on what days.

We loved everything about this place! the staff was great, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. My son plays baseball so we travel very often, one of the things I pay the most attention it’s the bathroom and this one was shining bright white. Rossy is a keeper! Don’t you EVER let her go! She’s a natural treating with people. Thanks for the beautiful pics! My kids enjoyed their stay and that’s all I needed. I liked the big parking lot and all the beautiful spots to take good pictures. +The place it’s surrounded by nature! Just a few minutes away from the location we needed to go for the games.

That we couldn’t stay longer! 😜

Amenities, deluxe family suite was amazing! Will definitely book again.

Not enough food choices on the property. No separate pool and hot tub just for hotel guests aside from the water park. No room service or food delivery options.
