Property is in a great location, easy access to highways and you can get to The Bronx and Manhattan relatively quickly.

Our room smelled like smoke. The room but especially the bathroom. We did tell management because I didn’t want to get hit with a charge for smoking so I just wanted to make it clear it wasn’t us. I wish hotels would make a note of this before giving a room to someone. They offered to move us but we had come in real late already. A better alternative wouldn’t been not giving us the room. The beds were one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on in a while.

the staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. They were unusually busy, so he upgraded our room and also comped us a pair of bottles of water. The room and bed were comfy and put us at ease after a long day of travel. the room was clean and while the hotel was a bit dated, it just had a great "feel" - I can't exactly explain. Most important of all, my wife LOVED it and that is what is most important.

Fixtures in the bathroom were a little odd and the toilet ball did not seat properly, so it would run until you jiggled the handle of lifted the top of the reservoir to reseat manually/

Clean, presentation, snack area, gym. Staff was very pleasant.

It looked like a few call girls hanging out in front and on the floor we were on. They didn't bother but there appearance and in front of kids not a good look.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff when we checked in, nicely appointed room with plugs and USB ports by each bed, 5-minute Uber ride to Metro North Greystone train station, no problem leaving our car in hotel parking lot for the few days we spent in NYC.

Just a central nightstand between the 2 queen beds, none on the “outer” sides, so we ended up sleeping in separate beds as we each need a nightstand. Also, this is a quibble but trash cans are too small!

My room was for perfect for a night. Breakfast was very convenient and good. Friendly smiles in the arm are always a plus. Will return. the nighttime security is always a plus since the Hotel sits on a hill like,

You have to get here early. Parking in the front fills up pretty fast if you have mobile issues. Also, the lobby is pretty small but cozy. Getting off the exit could use more lighted signs for late arrivers.

Very friendly staff. Clean throughout. Breakfast is not included so I didn't try that.

On day of check out, I went to get a luggage cart at 10:30 am and came back to my room and the room key had already been disconnected. I had to go back downstairs to get a new key. I would recommend to keep keys connected until at least 11:15

The room cleaning was good, the staff was generally always friendly. And the beds were very comfortable.

I think as families , there were smells of marijuana in the elevator and in the hallways where it was supposedly not allowed , there were noises of people many times in the hallways at hours where they sleep .

The staff was particularly nice, always willing to help with whatever needs. The room was very quiet, whic for me is fundamental. There is plenty of nice spaces to just hang around.

I've send a request during the reservation process to turn off the A/C before my arrival. That didn't happen, but it wasn't big deal. I did it myself.

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a large lobby with several spaces to relax or chat or work that are very comfortable. The room had a a nice set up with a large chair.

Good location and value. I noticed were the walls were thin. Most of the time it wasn't much of an issue. The room I stayed in the toilet upstairs was directly over the bed so I could hear every time it flushed, I guess stay on the top floor if this might bother you. Also I could hear talking and "activity" in other rooms when my TV was off. But that's ok cause Love makes the world go round! The breakfast was not cheap and al la carte but hey that's just New York.

Front desk staff are great, especially the guy with the long dreads (forgive me I forgot his name) - very hospitable, friendly and very down to earth while helping you. Almost feels like you’re just talking to a friend.

Pool times changed while I was there, open much less hours, couldn’t get to use it during my stay. But no biggie.
