Loved the ease of access and the virtual front desk app. It had all the information I needed and was very user-friendly. I also loved that it had a local guide. The facility had an awesome vibe and was very well kept.

-It would be awesome if the studio had a couch for watching the large tv as opposed to just one chair. It would also be great if it swiveled so that you could watch it from the bed as well or there was a small tv in the bed portion of the room. -Unfortunately, it did get loud one night because of some rowdy kids but that isn't really something you can control.

Location is great. Its on a quiet road in a pretty walkable neighborhood near the hospital, restaurants and some shops. It has nice finishes and great style. Loved the little walkout patio attached to our room. The whole building just has a good vibe and to have a room with a kitchenette is a game changer. We really like the virtual check-in and the virtual desk. If I had a question, I received an immediate and helpful response.

I wish the room was a tad larger, big enough for a couple occasional chairs. We didn't like sitting on the bed to eat breakfast and everything else. I mean it does have a wonderful little kitchen, fully equipped with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, crockery and cooking implements. So where's a place to eat? Obviously, you can't make the room bigger but maybe add a couple TV tables to eat from? The mattress was not great. Have you ever slept on a mattress with someone that dipped in the middle and made you tend to roll toward the middle dip? Yeah. It was great when I slept one night alone, very comfortable but not when we both slept on it. We will still stay again. We liked it a lot but you did ask what we didn't like.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Rooms are very clean and decorated so cute! Very quite neighborhood and in a good part of town. Lots of things to do around this area! Will definitely be staying here again!

The only one VERY MINOR thing was the TV screen was a little dark and the AC had a kinda “white noise” sound when running but again VERY MINOR! Easy to over look considering how amazing this place was!

The space was very attractive, quiet and well maintained. It was centrally located near restaurants and businesses yet still in a neighborhood setting.

There was no closet or anywhere to hang longer apparel like dresses, only a coat hook type set up. I had to hang all of my dresses on the towel hook in the bathroom and they still dragged on the floor. I also felt it was a bit pricey given how tiny the room was. The kitchenette was nice but the refrigerator door wouldn’t open all the way because it ran into the bed’s headboard.

The property is in an excellent area and very clean and easy to check in and out of. You can walk to many places and it’s right near the grocery store

The outlets went out but maintenance fixed them quickly. The air and heat are central so you cannot adjust the temperature. This weekend was on the much colder end but They do provide a space heater and small ac. Once the space heater started to circulate everything was fine so these are minor things overall everything is excellent

Cute decor and aesthetic

Walls are thin, could hear neighbors and whomever is going in or out of their unit, locks on door have a loud sound system . Also, all of my outlets weren’t working. They were powerless, couldn’t plug my phone up or watch tv…had to send a message to get it fixed and then it went out again.

Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Good coffee shop a short walk away, comfortable well proportioned room, clean, felt more like an upscale dorm room than a hotel.

A little weird being entirely contactless. No face to face human interaction at all, though the personnel in charge of responding to texts seemed both competent and efficient. Also, no hangers at all for your clothing, only hooks.

Location and cleanliness, top notch

There was no way to replenish toilet paper, cups, etc. I also don’t think I had a queen size bed. It was fine as I was traveling alone, but the bed and room would have been too small for two people to share, particularly as I was there for a week.

Loved the vibe, clean rooms, locked facilities, virtual check in. Even the customer service was amazing. Very responsive via text and always checking in on you. All great!

I didn't like that you couldn't adjust the individual room temperature. I was very warm at night.

I liked the pin locks, the aestetic, and the overall quality. I was genuinely blown away. It felt like a safe place to stay in the big city. Parking was nice as well.

The only issue I had was that there was no table, meaning I had to use my bed. This could have been because the room is for one person, or some part of the purchasing process, but it was a bit inconvenient.
