The entire casino resort facility is very well maintained and gives the impression of luxury throughout. This translates to the rooms as well at least in the Cherokee Tower where I stayed where my room was very luxurious in it's fit and finish and I was impressed with its condition. The staff was all friendly and courteous and helpful in every respect. The variety of restaurants on site is impressive. Although prices can be pretty steep, the quality of food is exceptional. Booking a room during the week provides the best value and also probably one of the better experiences as the casino is less busy as is the facility as a whole. Staying in the resort provides amenities such as access to the multiple pools on site all of which are very well maintained and provide a unique atmosphere each their own. The location of the casino resort is very accessible to all the surrounding shopping and dining opportunities as well as other activities to keep you entertained.

Restaurants can be quite pricey as are options for the spa and shops within the resort but this is to be expected for on-site options. The layout of the resort is a bit confusing at first and can be quite disorienting for first time visitors, but once you learn the layout it's fairly easy to navigate. One very specific complaint is that there is only one main beverage station on the casino floor for coffee and Fountain drinks for such a large footprint. Although there are drink attendants walking around the casino floor at all times to take orders, if you wish to go get a drink yourself it can be quite a walk to do so.

It was very pretty and clean. Most people were very friendly.

We were told our rooms were ready for check in. We got to the hotel at 3:50pm. We had three room reserved and only one room was ready. All nine of us had to hang out in that one room for over two hours. They were supposed to call me when the other two rooms were ready, they didn’t. We had to go down and inquire about the rooms. I got the speech about housekeeping, and inspection etc. but why text me and say we were ready for check in. I was not happy about that because it took a chunk of our fun time waiting. Paula Kinard

Facilities were spotless from end to end. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was outstanding. Virtually spotless. Bed was comfortable. Casino was not our main reason for visiting, although we found it entertaining. Lots to see and do there. Ample choices for shopping, dining, and things to do. Although pricey food and service was superb. Facility is located on the Cherokee reservation in the Great Smokey Mountains of NC and the scenery it breathtakingly beautiful.. Make a great one to two day get a way trip. We went primarily just for the experience and a quick get a way. Will go back at some point.

Get out your wallet! Room rates were very reasonable but everything else is through the roof. Dining is very expensive, shoppes are all high end. Be prepared to pledge your first born child for everything you do. Definitely do not go there if you're on a budget for looking for a value based get away. Put your hiking shoes on. LOL the facilities are absolutely huge. You'll walk miles inside it. Took us a couple hours to find our way about. Then we watched everyone being bewildered trying to find their way around. It really is over a mile long inside. 4 towers with a thousand rooms and expansive facilities. Almost too big. RT 19 South getting there is truly a snake path.

I love love the scenery. The hotel was beautiful clean and the elevators and bathrooms smelled great.

What I didn't like was the fact that there wasn't direction on where we should park...there are three parking decks we parked in the wrong parking deck. After checking in we was told that our rooms was on the opposite side of where we parked. But we was ready to start our weekend so we decided not to move the car (our fault) Fast forward it's time to check out and we don't remember what parking deck our car was in the staff helped out as much as they could and after an hour of walking we finally found our car.So with all that being said add more details about parking or maybe have a shuttle service to help you get to your car. There was alot of elderly people there and I pretty sure they all have a similar story.

We really liked the hospitality and niceness of the Staff- they really reflected the quality of the Resort. Teh facility was very clean and felt fresh. This started when we pulled up - the valet helped us get oriented and the desk clerk was very welcoming. Loved the decor. From Growing up in the Basketball world- we never hear the noises of the gym, buzzers, crowds- and this is a positive for the resort feel. Loved the band at the Myst bar

We were a little disoriented on the locations for a few of the venues; we found a digital map in one of the corridors but still had a little trouble being oriented where we were and how the facility related in connectivity. We saw an advertisement for the Wicked weed cafe- but it never oriented us nor gave location - though we found it after we ate. We never saw signage for the Basketball games nor the locations for the gyms... As a newby to the casinos- we could play the Blackjack and Poker machines, but a few others were a little unclear on how to play other than hit a button. We looked for a tutorial machine that offered some instruction. Some machines had a "help" button.

We were there for a girls basketball invitational and enjoyed the amazing facilities for the games and activities for the girls to do at the resort without leaving. We used the valet services many times and we even had personal access to a wheelchair during our entire stay for my 85 year old mom who also enjoyed herself in the casino with the complimentary play cards. Would love to visit in the summer months for more outdoor adventures in the mountains.

I didn't like the fact there was no laundry facility on site. Even though there was a location nearby, it was not a safe location.

The property itself is beautiful. We enjoyed walking along the creek. The pool was a lot of fun for our toddler great grandson. We stayed in an older less renovated section of the hotel, but it was still adequate. We did like that we were on the 15th floor.

Cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t as great as hoped for. Actually needed a little upkeep. The carpet needed a more thorough vacuuming. The compact refrigerator had a broken shelf and the freezer section was totally iced over. In the second room, the doors, bathroom and regular door, were so squeaky it kept waking up the young child. But as I said, we were staying in an older tower.

They have lots of slots. Everything was clean. Large room .Loved the walk-in shower. Best shower I ever had in my life. Got free valet parking since we stayed the night there. We did not bowl, but there is a bowling alley there by casino area. Several restaurants to pick from.

There is so much walking to get to the casino area and/or restaurants. We stayed in tower 4 and got a view of a fooftop, but it was closer to the casino area. The slots did not give much play time or payoffs. The winding roads were plentiful.

Rooms were just okay. But the common areas were spectacular

It’s a large resort and confusing to navigate. Better maps, perhaps an app, would have been helpful. Also I think you are under marketing yourself and your partners — very little information in your room, on the resort channel on the TV or posted elsewhere about events, services and the many fine restaurants and their menus. Our interactions with your staff was very good except housekeeping — they failed to service our room which left us with no clean towels and no replenishment of our coffee service

The resort was huge, luxury but comfortable and so much to do with friends, family, couple and with kids. Mostly everyone we encountered was friendly, the food was great and room accommodations were very spacious and cozy.

I would give them an A minus. If I had to critique there were 3 things that didn't meet the mark but not enough for me not to return. We will be back. 1. Carpet in the hallways and rooms should be removed. Hallway carpets were dirty and even though we were in a non smoking area, you could definitely smell smoke. 2. Even though the TV had all rules, accommodations you could read on screen, I missed the part where you had to call and schedule housekeeping services. We expected at least clean towels and more soap but we didn't find out until returning to the room that night to find no service. 3. Shower head didn't have enough pressure.
