I like the front desk staff. We have stayed here twice since October. They are fast at check in/out and are not nosey or snooty. I like being able to come and go day and night without issues. We get up and leave by 4 am for competitions. I like that there is no "drama" involved. They accommodate any changes that we need to make and do so with a smile on their face. Sounds silly, but I like that they have many luggage carts as I am disabled.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was always plenty of food for breakfast and the eating area was kept nice and tidy.

The laundry machine and dryer only takes quarters so you need 10 quarters each to pay for the 2.50 charge. I asked for some change at the front desk but sometimes they don’t have enough in their cashier.

'Old school' customer service- polite, pleasant and efficient. Check-in took less than 4 minutes which I LOVED. I was treated well at check-in/out ( I have a physical disability). I pulled up, grabed a luggage cart and went up to my room. They accomodated my phycical needs as well as extended check in/out time without batting an eyelash.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great! We were surprised at how large the room was. We are always nervous with how the hotel will turn out and we were very pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend.

The writing on the outside of the building was a little hard to see. The cleaning staff looked very unkempt. Would be better if they looked more professional if they are cleaning the facilities and will be around guests. The couple we saw had on sweatpants/joggers, a random t shirt, scraggly facial hair and the girl had long scraggly hair, would have been nice if they wore some sort of uniform, shaved and pulled their hair back.

The location and breakfast was better than some but could be improved. I loved the suite setup.

More cleaniest, need exterminated (saw brown bugs) and it looked like the linen hadn't been changed.

No bathroom door, location could have been better, in the middle of what looks like a industrial complex, staff was not very friendly

Absolutely everything!! The room was clean and large enough for 5 people to sleep comfortably. The staff was extremely nice and very thoughtful.

The location worked out well for us.

The hallways really need some attention. A lot of stains everywhere. The breakfast needed to be warmer every morning.

The location was good. The suite was laid out nicely with a lot of room.

Small pool and it stayed busy. Our room was clean, but overall the facility could have been cleaner.

I always stay here when visiting my Family Its clean, spacious, accommodating & the staff is always from my experience.
