Everything except the pool and hallways was nice. Pool is so small, you should make it bigger. The rugs on the hallways are dirty and old. you should replace them with clean and new ones. Other than these, hotel was awesome

I like the front desk staff. We have stayed here twice since October. They are fast at check in/out and are not nosey or snooty. I like being able to come and go day and night without issues. We get up and leave by 4 am for competitions. I like that there is no "drama" involved. They accommodate any changes that we need to make and do so with a smile on their face. Sounds silly, but I like that they have many luggage carts as I am disabled.

Breakfast was above average for the buffett - eggs, sausage, and potato/pepper mix was nice and they have the standard hotel waffle maker.

Price point was more than I would have liked to pay, but that seemed to be the market for quality in this area and weekend.

The hallways seem to be a little dirty, but they were in the middle of a renovation while we were there, so I think that played a big part in the condition of the hallways

Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. Wish there had been a walkable restaurant close by.

The room was in need of some maintenance. Some tiled baseboards were missing along with loose grout. The toilet flushed only on occasion.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was always plenty of food for breakfast and the eating area was kept nice and tidy.

The laundry machine and dryer only takes quarters so you need 10 quarters each to pay for the 2.50 charge. I asked for some change at the front desk but sometimes they don’t have enough in their cashier.

'Old school' customer service- polite, pleasant and efficient. Check-in took less than 4 minutes which I LOVED. I was treated well at check-in/out ( I have a physical disability). I pulled up, grabed a luggage cart and went up to my room. They accomodated my phycical needs as well as extended check in/out time without batting an eyelash.

The location and breakfast was better than some but could be improved. I loved the suite setup.

More cleaniest, need exterminated (saw brown bugs) and it looked like the linen hadn't been changed.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great! We were surprised at how large the room was. We are always nervous with how the hotel will turn out and we were very pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend.

The writing on the outside of the building was a little hard to see. The cleaning staff looked very unkempt. Would be better if they looked more professional if they are cleaning the facilities and will be around guests. The couple we saw had on sweatpants/joggers, a random t shirt, scraggly facial hair and the girl had long scraggly hair, would have been nice if they wore some sort of uniform, shaved and pulled their hair back.

I left the room relatively clean, only thing not straighten was trash & used towels were all together as well as sheets & blankets and I did not get my deposit refund
