Our experience was beyond expectation! Loved our simple, uncomplicated room with great shower. Held a party of 20 family & friends in Brass Eye for my now OSU grad. Food, service and attention to our group was perfect. The ambience of feeling outdoors, yet being sheltered from the rain was fun and a hit. Our group consisted of people between the ages of 12 - 83… all of them so impressed with menu selections and service by Zoe. Chef’s appetizer spread I chose was outstanding and a wonderful start to our evening gathering. We all commented throughout the weekend how gracious, thoughtful and nice the entire staff was…exceptional!

Staying at this hotel provides a very fun and unique experience. You are definitely paying for the location and the vibes, however the nuts-and-bolts aspects of the hotel itself are very high quality, i.e., room service, shower amenities, etc. The coffee shop located within the hotel has absolutely PHENOMENAL coffee. Wonderful lounge area that is bustling with people. Was just under 20 minutes walking distance to Nationwide Arena, perfect for concert-going stays. Tip: Park at the garage across the street for significantly cheaper for up to 24 hours at a time, ideal for one-night stay. Overall, would absolutely stay here again, very fun experience.

Not sure if anyone has ever said this -- but going to my second stay, my favorite thing is getting SELTZER water to refill a FREE water bottle all weekend! Next thing, just discovered this second stay -- did NOT know my first stay -- was the fires in the BRASS EYE. WOW! One night we were in front of the fireplace, and the second with our own firepit. Also just love the BOOKS....our favorite food is the breakfast yogurt!

The coffee! Could you please try a different bean that's not as BITTER and oily...maybe strong? But usually love strong coffee, but something is off about it. Get queezy and shaky from it....Something is not up to standards.

Loved the style and decor of the hotel overall as well as the room. The window seat is fantastic. The bed and pillows were excellent too.

The bathroom had two light switches, but we never could get the lights over the sink to come on after the first time. We also missed having an exhaust fan in the bathroom, especially as the door was barn-door style and the floor tiled. Let’s just say noise travels in such circumstances. Also, the pour-over coffee packs in the room were difficult to use. I ended spilling ground coffee all over. And why just two creamers? Kind of stingy.

The Junto had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were excellent; they were super friendly and helpful. The decor was pleasant, and many fantastic amenities were on site - the restaurant and cafe served superb food. The room sizes were excellent - we had come from The Hoxton in Brooklyn, NY, which has a similar setup and style, but The Junto easily surpassed this, especially when it comes to the room size.

The parking is problematic. I'd expect free parking for overnight stays in a city and country so reliant on driving. The valet charge is costly, and street parking is limited and requires payment. Again, having come from Brooklyn, where public transport is plentiful, the parking there was free! The location is pleasant, in an area undergoing redevelopment and near Museums, but there is little else in the area. Great for peace, not so great for access to food and nightlife without the need to designate a driver.

This may be as close to the ideal hotel as one can hope for. Comfortable, clean, welcoming. Great vibe with gathering places that people really use. Fantastic restaurant and breakfast area. Walkable area. Just across from picturesque COSI and veterans museum. Staff was helpful and also willing to clarify whenever there were questions.

Some unexpected extra expenses.

I drove by Junto a few times and thought it looked cool. We checked it out Friday night for a staycation and had the best time! It is exactly what I would create if I were to create a hotel. Rooftop bar was cozy with a sweet view of Cbus, our meal at Little West Tavern was fantastic, and the bed was soooo comfortable. Best night of sleep I have gotten in….I have no idea 😆. I wish we had time this morning to cozy up on the daybed window nook to read the book of quotes with coffee. 💗 but our dog needed to be fed and let out. If you are looking for a little escape, I 100% recommend!

I loved everything!

Superbly designed hotel, exceptionally comfortable rooms; very helpful staff. Despite the constant ambient soundtrack, the comfortable lobby furniture, fireplace, ample natural materials and corn-blue walls make for a soothing berth.

Music in lobby and and hotel corridors is a bit obtrusive - thankfully does not penetrate far into the rooms. An oddity of the showers is that there is no temperature control - okay in view of the generally well-calibrated one, but some may wish to regulate themselves (perhaps there is a special instruction in how to effect changes, but this was not given). Also, by some misunderstanding, we did not receive room service upon our first night. That said, beds are exceptionally comfortable, AC quiet and efficient. The view of downtown Columbus stunning.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel was superb. The easy parking in a quieter area was a welcome surprise, making our arrival hassle-free. What truly stood out, however, was the many food options right at the hotel. The icing on the cake was having a coffee shop right on-site, and I must say, the poutine window added an element of fun to our stay. Our visit coincided with photographing a wedding on Saturday, and the convenience of having a delicious breakfast and espresso drinks readily available on-site was a game-changer. It made our morning preparations so much smoother. Furthermore, returning to the hotel that night and finding the poutine window outside, where we could order a late-night snack to take to our room, was just perfect. It's these little touches that elevate a stay from good to exceptional. The room itself was a haven of comfort and relaxation. The large soaking tub was a definite highlight, and the shower was equally impressive. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the room temperature was just right, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. I also want to commend attention to aesthetics and furniture throughout the hotel. The decor and design choices truly added to the overall ambiance, making us feel welcomed and relaxed.

While our overall stay at the Junto hotel was enjoyable, and we know we will definitely be returning, there was one particular aspect that left us somewhat perplexed. We encountered a staff member during our visit who exhibited a rather unprofessional and discourteous demeanor, which was quite unexpected given the otherwise excellent service we experienced. Additionally, there was a persistent and unpleasant odor in our hallway, which did detract from the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Our stay at the Junto was excellent! Everything was easy, clean, and comfortable. I loved the hotel's design and aesthetics - everything was incredibly beautiful and modern. One of my favorite things was the window couch/bench in our room. We loved having coffee and lounging together while watching the sun rise there.
