I loved the view! There was even a light shining over the ocean so I could still see the tide coming in after dark. I really enjoyed that! I liked the room decorations and it seems like every room is decorated differently. I liked that they offered ear plugs in case any noises bothered you. I also liked that I did not need them! I liked that the room was clean. I liked that it had a kitchenette complete with stove top, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishes. I liked that the bed was comfortable. I liked that the water pressure in the shower was strong and stayed an even temperature throughout my shower.

I didn’t like that the toilet overflowed in the first room we were in for no good reason. They moved us to another room and it had no issues.

VIEW! VIEW!! VIEW!!! Our room (almost all rooms) had sliding glass doors and a balcony looking out at the ocean - the property is right on the water (a very rocky, not sandy beach). It is a unique view, as it is looking from the side at the waves (the waves go left to right) rather than seeing them coming straight on into the beach. There were surfers to watch every morning! The property has been around for awhile. It was originally built as a hotel. Now, each unit is an individually owned condo, but it is operated like a hotel with an office to check in at, regular housekeeping service, etc. It seems like the best of both worlds! Our room was not fancy, but was comfortable and way more than adequate. Our "kitchenette" was tiny, but also adequate for our purposes (reheating food that we broughtre was a tiny). There was a 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, a drip coffee pot, and basic dishes, glasses, mugs, and utensils. A delicious local dark roast coffee was provided! Different units would have different decor and different amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

What could have been better? If we could have stayed longer! It didn't matter to us, but to note is that while right on the water, it is NOT a sandy beach - it is rocky to the water's edge. Also, while it IS walkable to the city center of Seaside, it is quite a bit of a walk. Almost all of it is along the "Prom" so it's a pleasant walk.

We stayed in room 22, it was nice and cozy, with a sofa, dining table and cooking facilities. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly, and I liked the saltwater taffy treats at reception!

Overall we had a great stay. We didn't have a hair dryer, which, considering all the other amenities we had, was kind of surprising. Not a big deal, but would've been nice to have. The walls are very thin, so even if you have quiet guests, you can hear them walking in the room above (floor sounded creaky). So may be a problem for light sleepers.

The location & view was absolutely beautiful! The room was clean & big, with a kitchen and cookware included! There were wine glasses in the cupboard for us to enjoy a bottle that we'd been saving for a couple of years for a recent celebratory event for us! Our favorite thing was the sliding door that led us right outside to an oceanfront view, which was amazing! There was also a table right in that area that we could enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal if we wanted! There were three firepits available for us to use, which we thought was really cool! Last but not least, everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful! We can't wait to make another trip back!!!

Amazing view of the waves at Seaside! Quiet location near residential area yet also right by the ocean! Our 3rd floor room was fabulous! Very adequate kitchenette and comfortable bed. Good-quality towels too! A local grocery store was a few blocks walk away and several cafes were in walking distance as well. The main Seaside restaurants, sites of interest and stores were a short drive away.

Internet was rather spotty. The lighting over the dining table was pretty dim - we needed more light if playing a board game!

on the 3rd night we had stayed in the ocean front view and it was awesome watching the tides come in at night from the balcony and listing to the waves thanks to Amy one of the employees who worked there got us an upgrade. All staff were very friendly and I asked if they had a stepping stool for the bed since it was high they found me one.

The check in process was great and we got recommendations for restaurants in the area. I lived in Seaside for almost 3 years and never went to the south side of town. The room was beautiful and comfortable. My wife and I said that we could live there it was so comfy. We actually went down to the rocks and watched the waves while sipping wine in the evening. Great night!

If I had to nitpick, we didn't get an ocean view room. I'm sure that's why our rate was so cheap but would love to have fallen asleep overlooking the ocean. Other than that everything was great.

We absolutely love the location. I love that anytime we want we can be out on the beach. This is where we stay anytime we come to Seaside now and I don't think we will stay anywhere else. I love that they provide ear plugs, I always forget mine.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not so bad that I wouldn't stay again. And our fault for waiting ao long to book we got a poolside room instead of ocean front, but lesson learned.

This place really kinda wowed me. Arriving after a long drive, finding a genuinely warm welcome and then a lovely room with floor-to-wall sliding windows giving right out onto the ocean--it was instant relaxation and serenity. I could hear the waves all night. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities. It's removed from the tourist-clogged center but 5 minutes drive from good seafood and other restaurants.

Really, this is one of the nicest seaside inns I've ever stayed at, so there's nothing to complain of.
